CG NEET Merit List 2023 (Soon): Chhattisgarh MBBS Seats

CG NEET Merit List 2023 will be released soon by the  Directorate of Medical Education (DME). The counselling is conducted based on NEET UG entrance examination. The admission is offered in the MBBS/BDS bachelor degree state private and government medical/dental colleges. There is no state-level entrance examination is conducted to offer admission.

• The merit list will be available on the official website of the Directorate of Medical Education, Chhattisgarh.
• To check students rank in the CG NEET Merit List 2023, you will need to enter students NEET registration number and date of birth. You can also download the merit list in PDF format.
• The merit list will be used to determine the eligibility of candidates for admission to MBBS/BDS courses in government and private medical colleges in Chhattisgarh.
• The candidates who have qualified in the merit list will be called for counselling, where they will be allotted seats in the colleges.

CG MBBS Merit list 2023 Tie-Breaking Criteria

In case there are two or more candidates with the same marks, then the authority will follow the Chhattisgarh NEET merit list 2023 tie-breaking procedure as mentioned below.

• Marks in Biology – A candidate with more marks in NEET Biology will be placed at a higher rank.
• Marks in Chemistry – In case the tie still exists, then the aspirants with better marks in Chemistry will be awarded a better rank in the rank list
• Negative marking – If the tie is still there, the authority will allot a higher Chhattisgarh MBBS state merit rank to students with fewer negative marks
• Age – At last, if the tie still persists, then applicants elder in age will be given higher Chhattisgarh NEET merit rank

Number of Seats

The candidates must know the number of seats in every medical colleges. It will also help them while deciding on to which college they would like to take admission in and gain more knowledge about colleges.

Cut off 2023

NEET Cutoff 2023 Chhattisgarh refers to the minimum required score which the candidates should obtain to ensure their admissions to government medical seats. The authorities will be releasing a seat allotment list which will indicate the marks and ranks of the candidates who have secured admission to the government medical seats of Bihar state. The last rank and its equivalent score which has been included in the seat allotment list will be the Chhattisgarh Cutoff of NEET 2023. The cutoff marks will be an estimated score for the candidates to get admission to their desired colleges. However, it must be noted that the cutoff score varies every year since it depends on factors like the number of available seats, the number of candidates who will take NEET 2023 and will apply for Chhattisgarh MBBS 2023 among others.
