JK NEET 2023 counselling registration will commence from July 19.The last date to submit the application form for J-K NEET UG admission 2023 is July 23. Only NEET exam is considered for providing admission to MBBS and BDS courses offered by various colleges in India. • The J-K National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET UG 2023) counselling registration will commence from July 19.
• Eligible candidates from the union territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, who have cleared NEET UG 2023 by meeting the minimum cut-off set by the National Testing Agency (NTA), need to register on the official website, jkbopee.gov.in.
• The last date to submit the application form for J-K NEET UG admission 2023 is July 23.
• Candidates who are domiciles of J-K and Ladakh but were not initially listed as eligible, and later submitted their documents, will also be considered eligible.
• The officials have released the list of 139 eligible candidates along with their roll numbers and NEET score 2023.

J-K NEET Counselling 2023: Documents required

Students will have to upload the following documents during the J-K NEET counselling registration.

• NEET-UG score card – 2023.
• Class 10 and 12 mark sheets.
• Domicile certificate of UT of J-K, Ladakh
• ST category certificate in respect of candidates belonging to the UT of Ladakh.
• Category certificate, if required.
• Date of Birth certificate.
• The candidates belonging to the UT of Ladakh are required to upload Compulsory Service Bond, which will be available in the Information Brochure to be uploaded by the Board on the official website, jkbopee.gov.in.

J & K MBBS BDS 2023 Eligibility Criteria

• The candidates must be Indian citizens.
• The candidates must have completed 17 years of age on or before 31 December 2020, of the given academic year for which the admission is being conducted.
• The candidates applying for J & K MBBS BDS 2020 admission should not be more than 25 years of age.
• Candidates applying to State Quota seats must be permanent residents of Jammu and Kashmir.
• Candidates applying for J & K MBBS BDS admission 2020 must have cleared or qualified in the class 12 examination from a recognized institution of the state.
• Candidates are also required to obtain 50% marks in aggregate in case of open merit category and 40% in aggregate for reserved categories. The candidates who are Physically challenged (Persons with Disability), under the open merit category, will be considered if they have scored 45% in Class 12 exam in accordance with disability prescribed in MCI regulations.
• Candidates also have to secure the minimum required percentile in the NEET UG examination for admission to J & K MBBS 2020.

There are a total of 985 MBBS seats available in Jammu and Kashmir through NEET 2023. 800 of these seats are available in Government colleges, while the remaining 100 are filled by private medical colleges. A total of 200 seats are available for BDS through NEET 2023.
