Kuvempa University Distance Education Admission 2023 Application Form

Candidates need to download the application form and submit to the Directorate of Distance Education office for admission purpose. The application form can be downloaded from the official website or can directly be obtained from the Directorate office. Candidates who use the downloaded format should add Rs. 150/- extra along with their fees for admission towards the application fees.

Application for admission registration should be submitted to The Director, Directorate of Distance Education, Kuvempu University, along with the necessary certificates, on or before the last date fixed for the purpose. The fees to be paid should be in the form of Challan of Electronic Transfer.  The Challan should be enclosed along with the application form.

Documents Required:

Candidates must enclose the following documents along with the application form:

• One self-attested copy of marks card of Final year examination & passing certificate of qualifying examination along with original marks card (i.e., B.A., B.Sc., B.Com.) issued by the University for verification & return. PUC or 10+2 or equivalent for U.G. Courses.
• Original marks cards of SSLC, PUC, and Degree for verification and return, and one set of photocopies of the same.
• Examination Application Form and Hall Ticket form – affix one photograph in the space provided for it. Some of the boxes in this form require just “P” in the appropriate box.
• Admission Registration (Confirmation) Card along with stamp size photos wherever required. Photos affixed on this card should be attested by a Gazetted Officer.

Eligibility criteria for postgraduate courses are given below:

• M.A. / M.Com: The candidate who holds B. A. or B.Sc. or B.Com., B.B.M., B.B.A. or B.Ed./ B.Tech. / B.Sc. Agri. / B.Sc. Home Sc. degree of this University or an examination of any other.
• M.Sc: The candidate who holds B.Sc. or B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. Agri. / B.Sc. Home Sc. or any degree in Science of this University or a degree of any other University recognized.
• LL.M.: The candidate who holds an LL.B./B.L. degree from this University or any other University, recognized by UGC is eligible for admission to LL.M. course.
• B.L.I.Sc. / M.L.I.Sc.:
  • Candidates who hold a Bachelor’s degree from the university or any other university.
  • Any graduate with B.L.I.Sc. or B.Lib.Sc. from this or any other recognized university is eligible for admission to M.L.I.Sc. course.
• M.B.A.:
  • Candidates who hold a Bachelor’s degree from the university or any other university.
