Cramming the night before an exam is one of the worst things you can do. You need to be hitting the books weeks in advance to give your brain enough time to process, understand, and remember information.
This goes hand-in-hand with cramming; don't leave studying until the very last minute when you have more material than you can possibly cover in the span of just a few hours.
All-Nighters Staying up late (or all night) will likely lead to fatigue and exhaustion on exam day - not optimal conditions for doing well on exams.
Hunger has an adverse effect on both memory and focus so don't skip meals before exams! Make sure you get plenty of good protein sources including meat, fish, eggs, dairy products, legumes, nuts & seeds etc
It might seem like a fun idea at first but trust us when we say it's a bad one! Friends are great for helping each other prepare for tests but avoid any movie marathons or parties just days (or hours) before an exam
Everyone studies differently – some read textbooks while others watch lecture videos; some take lots of practice quizzes while others prefer listening through example problems aloud
Whenever possible try not to overthink things like answers or questions too much which can lead into confusion rather than clarity
