Arunachal Pradesh NEET UG 2023 Spot Round Counselling:

• The Arunachal Pradesh Directorate of Higher and Technical Education has initiated spot round counselling for NEET UG 2023 on August 28.
• The spot round counselling aims to allocate vacant seats after the NEET UG round 2 seat allotment and withdrawals.
• Candidates interested in participating in the spot round can register from 10 am today.
• The counselling will take place at the Auditorium Hall of the Dorjee Khandu State Convention Centre, near IG Park, Itanagar.
• Online registration for the spot round counselling can be done through the official website, apdhte.nic.in.
• For document verification during spot round counselling, candidates are required to bring their original documents.
• Allotted candidates need to deposit a seat acceptance fee of Rs 5,000 for MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BVSc, and AH programs, and Rs 3,000 for other programs.
• Eligibility for the spot round counselling includes candidates who withdrew their allotted seats within the stipulated time, registered candidates without seat allotment up to NEET UG 2023 round 2 counselling, and fresh candidates who missed round 1 registration but wish to participate now.
• The Arunachal Pradesh NEET UG 2023 spot round counselling will grant admissions for 53 MBBS and 10 BDS seats in medical and dental colleges, categorized as Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST) and Non-APST.

Arunachal Pradesh NEET 2023 Counselling Procedure

Below we have provided the steps to be followed for the counselling process:

• Step 1 – Candidates have to be physically present at the counselling venue. The venue shall be sent to the candidates through E-Mail or SMS on a registered E-mail address/Mobile number, specifying both date and time.
• Step 2 – Those who do not satisfy the eligibility criteria specified by the respective medical college might still be eligible for admission through Management Quota seats.
• Step 3 – Issues of a call letter for counselling should not be considered as confirmation of seat allotment.
• Step 4 – Unless and until a candidate’s details and qualification have been checked and verified by the counselling committee/Principal of the college allotted, the allotment of the seat should be considered provisional.
• Step 5 – Candidates should remember to bring a copy of the online application form along with all other relevant documents on the day of counselling.
