Assam JMEE 2023 or Assam Joint MCA Entrance Examination is conducted by the Assam Science and Technology University for providing admission to the MCA program. The qualifying candidates are eligible for admission in 1st year MCA course at some of the finest colleges/institutes in the state of Assam, namely:-

• Assam Engineering College, Guwahati 
• Girijananda Institute of Management and Technology, Guwahati 
• Jorhat Engineering College, Jorhat.

Assam JMEE 2023 Status

• The application process for Assam JMEE 2023 is now open. The last date to apply is June 28, 2023.
• The exam will be held on July 12, 2023.
• The results will be announced on August 15, 2023.

Assam JMEE 2023 Application Form

Assam Science and Technology University releases the Assam Joint MCA Entrance Examination 2020  Application form on the official website.

• Applicants can fill the JMEE application form only through the online mode.
• Candidates have to register online by providing the required details.
•  Fill the required details and upload the photograph and signature as per the specification prescribed by the authority.
• On completing the registration process, applicants will receive an Application Number or user-id for further uses.
•  Applicants need not send a copy of the application form or any Document to this office.
•  Candidates must take a print of the application form for future reference.

Assam JMEE 2023 Application Fee

Assam JMEE 2023 Application fee details along with the mode of payment are mentioned below:

• An Application Fee of Rs 1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) is to be paid online using “State Bank Collect” which facilitates payment through Debit Card/ Credit Card/Net Banking. ASTU shall not accept hard copies of the Application and any other documents. Everything needs to done using the online platform.
• There is no relaxation on the fee for any category student and is uniform for all the applicants.
• Fee will not be refunded once submitted.

Assam JMEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must check the eligibility criteria before filling the application form. Given below is the Assam Joint MCA Entrance Examination Eligibility criteria in detail:

Age Limit

• Candidate must be between 20 years to 26 years on 01st day of July 2020,

Education Qualification

• Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 years duration with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation from any recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks must be scored in the Qualifying degree examination. 
• Aspirant appearing in their final examination can also apply.

Assam JMEE 2023 Admit Card

The authority releases the Assam JMEE 2023 admit card on its official website www.astu.ac.in. 

• Candidates can download their admit card through the candidate portal by filling the asked credentials such as Application Number and Password generated during the online submission of the Application. 
• Candidates are informed that the issue of JMEE admit card enables them to only appear in the entrance exam and not make them eligible to get admission.
• Also, it is advised that applicants must preserve the admit card as it can be needed at the JMEE counselling process. 
• Admit card /Hall ticket is not transferable.
•  Candidates must take a print of the admit card for further process.

Assam JMEE 2023 Result

Assam Science and Technology University will declare the Assam JMEE 2023 Result on its official website. 

• The result will be declared in pdf format. 
• Authority will also release the scorecard after publishing the merit list.
•  In case of a tie in the marks, the authority will follow the tiebreaker.
• The candidate must take a print of the result for future reference.

Assam JMEE 2023 Counselling

Assam Joint MCA counselling will take place after the declaration of the result. 

• Applicants have to report on the specific time and date at the designated centre given by the authority.
• Failure in following any stage will lead to the cancellation of the admission. 
• In the JMEE counselling process, Applicants will have to bring important documents as well for verification and submission purpose.
