Bihar NMMS Exam 2023 or Bihar National – Cum – Means Merit Scholarship examination for the year 2023 – 2023 will be conducted on 16 January for the state of Bihar. The State Council of Education Research and Training (SCERT) will administer an entrance exam. The syllabus for the MAT and SAT for NMMS Bihar exam is given below:

1.  Mental Aptitude Test

      Verbal and Non- verbal Meta – Cognitive abilities including Critical Thinking and Reasoning, Pattern Perception, Classification, Numerical series, Analogy, Hidden Figure, etc.

1. Scholastic Aptitude Test

• Mathematics: Number Systems, Algebra, Ratio and Proportion, Lines and Angles, Triangles, Circles, Quadrilaterals, Mensuration, Statistics etc.
• Social Science:
• Physics: Temperature and its measurement, Air, Wind, and Cyclone, Motion and Time, Electricity, Force, Reflection of Light, Sound, Natural Phenomenon and Friction
• Chemistry: Metals and Non- Metals, Changes Around Us, Acids and Basis, Fuels and Flames, Combustion, Synthetic Fibres and Plastics, Coal and Petroleum and Electric Conductivity of Liquids
• Biology: Cell- Basic Unit of Life, Weather and Climate, Different Ecosystems, Nutrition in Plants, Reproduction in Animals, etc.
  

Bihar NMMS Exam 2023 Admit Card

• Candidates who will submit their application form within the given time with all the correct details will be receiving their Admit Card

• Candidates can will be available to access the answer key through the Bihar SCERT portal
•  The answer key will be available in PDF format, containing the question number and the correct answer key written nest to it
•  Candidates facing any issue or having objection regarding the answer key can drop an email at [email protected] within the specified time limit.
•  It is important to note that candidates need to attach the appropriate evidence for the objection
• The assigned authorities will make the necessary corrections into the answer key and re- release it

NMMS Scholarship Award 2023

•  Selected candidates will be awarded with quarterly pay check in the course of months
•  The amount mentioned in the paycheck will be directly transferred into the beneficiary’s bank account through the State Bank of India
•  The selected candidate can avail maximum payoff of INR 6000/- per annum and a minimum of INR 500/- through the NMMS Scholar Scheme
• Selected candidates would be made available the paycheck for the duration of 4 years (maximum)

Bihar NMMS Exam 2023 Eligibility Criteria

• The candidates who are interested to apply for the scholarship must be pursuing education from Government/Government-aided/Local schools
• The candidates must get clear promotion from class 8 not scoring less than 55% in aggregate
• The candidates’ annual family income should not be more than INR 1.5 Lakh.
• The candidates studying in residential schools which are run by the State Government Institutions, where facilities including boarding, lodging, and education are provided are not eligible for the NMMS Scheme
• The candidates of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Sainik schools are not eligible to apply for the NMMS Scholarship Scheme
