Du starts new courses in 16 colleges from 2019: The 16 colleges of Delhi University will allow the students to enrol in the new course. On 11 September 2018, the DU’s Standing Committee meeting took place. In which the decision to start new courses has been taken. In the academic session 2019-20, 16 colleges will have the option of enrolling in new courses in different faculties. This is expected to increase 1500 seats. The majority of courses belong to science and vocational stream such as B.Sc (Hons.) Environment Science, B.Sc in BioPhysics, B.Sc Bio-Chemistry, B.Sc (Hons.) computer Science etc. List of Delhi University New Courses are given below.

DU Undergraduate Admission 2018: Around 3 lakh students apply for 90 colleges under Delhi University. The students seeking admission in Undergraduate courses must apply for DU UG application form. And the admission is based on merit (marks in 12th board exam).

DU SOL Admission 2018-19: University of Delhi (DU) School of open learning (SOL) admits students in Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate(PG) courses. SOL admission has now reached 150,000 students every year approximately.
