DU MCA Admission 2023: Application Form, Eligibility Criteria

DU MCA Admission 2023 Registration process will start soon. The Exam will be conducted by National Testing Agency. Department of the Computer Science University of Delhi Delhi, India offers Master’s Courses in Computer Applications for a duration of 3-years. The admission process for DU MCA 2023 has already started and the last date to apply is 31 July 2023. The admission will be based on the CUET PG 2023 score. Candidates who have a valid CUET PG score can apply for DU MCA.

Eligibility criteria for DU MCA 2023

The eligibility criteria for DU MCA 2023 are as follows:

• The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 60% marks or an equivalent CGPA.
• The candidate must have two semester or one annual Mathematical Science papers.
• The candidate must have appeared in CUET PG 2023 and have a valid score.

The application process for DU MCA 2023 is online. Candidates can apply through the official website of DU. The application fee is INR 500 for General/OBC candidates and INR 250 for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

The admission process for DU MCA 2023 will be conducted in two phases:

• Phase 1: Shortlisting of candidates based on CUET PG 2023 score.
• Phase 2: Counselling for admission.

2. Candidates have to Login, after entering all credentials and successful registration.
3. Upload all the required Documents by scanning mode.
4. Press the “Submit my Profile” button.
5. Click the “Apply New Course” button.

DU MCA Admission 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates can check the eligibility criteria for Master of Computer Applications programme at University of Delhi:-

• Candidates have to score a minimum 60% average marks or equivalent CGPA/Grade in Graduation Degree.
• Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from recognised University along with 2 papers of Mathematical Science in Semester pattern or 1 paper of Mathematical Science in Annual Pattern.

DU MCA Admission 2023Selection Procedure

Admission to Master of Computer Applications programme is based on Entrance Exam and Interview.

• For preparing the final merit list, 85% weightage will be given to the score in the entrance exam and 15% weightage will be given to the score in the interview.
• The entrance examination shall be of two hours duration. For other things, the rules of University of Delhi shall be followed.
