General Criteria:

  • Candidates applying for UG courses should pass the 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board/university. You have to secure minimum 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam.
  • You must hold the Bachelor Degree (in 10+2+3 pattern) in any discipline and must secure minimum 50% marks to appear the PG entrance exam (PET).

For UET

  • Shifts: The examination will be organized into two shifts, i.e. 8:00 AM onwards (1st Shift) & 3:00 p.m. onwards (2nd Shift).
  • Exam Mode: The examination will be held in pen-paper mode (offline mode).
  • Language: The questions will be asked in English & Hindi language.
  • Duration: The duration of the exam will be 2 hours & 2½ hours as per the courses.
  • Number of Questions: In the examination total 150 multiple choice questions will be asked.
  • Total Marks: The question paper will be of 450 marks.
  • Marking Scheme: For the correct answer, 3 marks will be awarded.
  • Negative Marking: For the incorrect answer, one mark will be deducted.

For PET

  • Shifts: The examination will be conducted in three shifts, i.e. 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM (1stshift), 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM (2nd Shift) & 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (3rd Shift).

Important Information:

  • Two seats in each program in Agriculture are reserved for the candidates belonging to the Council of Agriculture Research (ICAR) quota.

AMU M.Tech, MBA & MCA Admission 2021

AMU is offering admissions in M.Tech, MBA, and MCA for Full time for the duration of 2 or 3 years respectively. The eligibility criteria for getting admissions in these is the candidates must have done B.E/ B.Tech in the relevant branches for getting admissions in M.Tech and for MBA and MCA any bachelor degree is sufficient but Students must note that Mathematics will be a compulsory subject at UG level to get admission in MCA.

For admission in MBA (IB) entrance exam will be conducted at Kolkata, Aligarh, and Kozhikode while MBA (Agribusiness Management) entrance exam will be conducted at Aligarh only. Final admission will be granted on the basis of GD and Interview.

  • The result will be announced on the official website of the university. candidates have to visit the official website of Mizoram University.
  • After that, click on the “Administration” tab.
  • After clicking on the Administration tab, click on the “Examination” button.
  • Then, click on the “Exam Result’ button.
  • Click on the desired course link.
  • After that, the scorecard will be displayed on the screen.
  • Candidates are advised to download that scorecard and save it for further use.

The CBSE Class 10 Hindi board exam was conducted on 29 February 2020, at various test centres across India except for 80 exam centres in north-east Delhi. The CBSE Class 10 board exams and also the Class 12 board exams scheduled for today were postponed in these exam centres because of the violence brewing in these areas. We spoke to several students for their reactions on the CBSE Class 10 Hindi paper analysis and all of them said that the exam was quite lengthy and time management was an issue.

As per the student reactions, the CBSE Class 10 Hindi board exam 2020 was a little tough and definitely lengthy to the extent that most students were unable to complete their exam on time, or even if they were able to complete the exam, they couldn’t revise their answers before submitting the paper.

CBSE Class 10th Maths 2022: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct the Maths Board exam tentatively in March 2022. To help students, from this year, CBSE would be conducting 2 papers for Class 10 Maths – Basic and Standard. Those students, who do not wish to take Maths after 10th, can opt for basic Maths in 9th and 10th, while those who want to take up the subject in 12th standard will have to go for Maths (Standard). CBSE Class 10 Maths board exam was held at various board exam centres today.

LPU students receive 8500+ offers during the pandemic

LPU Placement: LPU Students’ unique manner to thank the university finds its way into Guinness World Records history. Over 1400 recruiters including leading MNCs like Microsoft, Amazon, Cognizant, Capgemini, Infosys, Bosch, TCS, Wipro, L&T Technology Services, Federal Bank, Aditya Birla Group, Accor Group of Hotels, DXC Technologies, Optum, CISCO, Lowe’s India, TiVo Corporation, Infineon, Hitachi, Havells, South Indian Bank, Informatica, Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group, Acko General Insurance etc. hired from the University.

New Delhi, September 13, 2021: LPU, India’s leading university today announced that its students have received more than 8500 offers during the pandemic. In the engineering discipline the highest salary package at which LPU students have been selected is Rs. 42 lakh per annum with Microsoft, while the highest package offered in Management stood at Rs. 21 lakh per annum by Trident. Despite COVID and students learning from their homes, the university attracted some of the most coveted recruiters in the country including Microsoft, Amazon, Cognizant, Capgemini, Infosys, Bosch, TCS, Wipro, L&T Technology Services, Federal Bank, Aditya Birla Group, Accor Group of Hotels, DXC Technologies Optum, CISCO, Lowe’s India, TiVo Corporation, Infineon, Hitachi, Havells, South Indian Bank, Informatica, Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group, and Acko General Insurance. Over 1000 placement events were conducted this year.

In a bid to celebrate the successful placement season, the students, who are currently learning from their homes, came up with a unique way to thank the University. They decided to create a new Guinness World Records title for “The Largest Online Video Album of People Saying the Same Sentence”. 5656 of them recorded themselves on video saying, “I am thankful to LPU for making us a part of its largest placement network, I am proud to be a Verto.” The record has been officially confirmed and included in the Guinness World Records database.
