Domicile rule in Maharashtra for MBBS admission
- The aspirant must be the domicile of Maharashtra.
- The applicant must have passed the SSC (10th) or equivalent examination from a school/junior college situated in Maharashtra state.
- OR- The candidate must have passed the qualifying examination i.e. Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC/12th Standard) or equivalent examination, from a school/junior college from Maharashtra.
- OR- The children of employees of MH state government or on deputation or on transfer.
