Manipur University B.E. Admission 2023
Manipur University offering B.E. courses in three specializations. For getting admissions in B.E. course the minimum eligibility criteria for the candidates they should have passed in HSC or its equivalent with mathematics and physics as compulsory subjects with one of these additional subject Chemistry, Biotechnology or Biology with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. and those candidates who want lateral admissions should have Passed B.Sc. degree/ Diploma exams with a minimum of 45% marks in the relevant branch of Engineering/ Technology.

Manipur University UG Admission 2023
Manipur University offers UG courses in various fields.and for getting admissions in these courses the minimum eligibility criteria for BA course the candidates have to pass in HSC and for B.SC. course candidates should have completed HSC in science subjects with a minimum of 50% marks and for MBBS and BDS, courses candidates should have completed HSC in PCB with minimum 50% marks and also the valid NEET score.
For other UG courses, candidates must be passed in the 12th class exam from any recognized board. UG courses selection criteria depend on the basis of the qualifying exam.

Manipur University offering various postgraduate programs. For getting admissions in PG Programs the minimum eligibility criteria for the candidates who are interested in seeking admissions is having a graduation degree in a relevant field with minimum 50% aggregate marks and For getting admissions in MA and M.Sc. candidates should have got 45% aggregate marks in Bachelor’s if bachelor course is in Major/ Honors. Otherwise, the candidate should have got a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in bachelor degree.

Manipur University MBA & MCA Admissions 2023
For getting admissions in MBA candidates must have done their Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% aggregate marks and for admissions in For MCA, the candidates must have completed BCA/BA/B.Sc./B.Com/B.E./B.Tech with minimum 50% aggregate marks and mathematics as a compulsory subject either in 12th class or at graduation level.
Selection in MBA course will be done on the basis of the scorecard in any national level entrance like CAT/ XAT/ CMAT etc and For MCA, admission will be granted on the basis of admission test organized by the University. The admission test is will be organized in the month of September.

For getting admissions in Ph.D. the eligibility criteria for the interested candidates is they should have done a Master degree course in the relevant branch with minimum 55% aggregate marks. Selection will be done on the basis of written test.
And the Candidates who have qualified NET/SLET/SET or M.Phil be given preference of 10% and 7% of marks respectively.

Manipur University
Manipur University is located in Canchipur, Imphal (Capital city of Manipur). Manipur University was established on 5th June 1980. It was established under the Manipur University Act (Manipur Act 8 of 1980). It is a teaching-cum-affiliating university at Imphal. This university was converted into a central university on 13th October 2005. The Manipur University Act No 54 of 2005 received the approval of the President on 28th December 2005. This university is spread in the area of 287 acres, which is located in the historic Kanchipuram (site of the old palace of Manipur “The Langthabal Konung” (Palace)), that was established by Maharaja Gambhir Singh in 1827 AD just after the liberation of Manipur from Burmese occupation. Maharaja Gambhir Singh has died at Canchipur it was also the Birth Place of Dr Lamabam Kamal, he is a renowned poet of Manipur.
