MGCGV Distance Education Application Process 2023
Candidates who are willing to take admission into any of the courses must apply for the application form before the due date. Application forms will be available online on the university website. Candidates must fill the form and submit it along with the application fees online.
Candidates are required to submit the print out of the filled-in application form along with the documents to the registrar office.
Application fees are INR 1200/-. Application fees can be paid online through net banking/debit/credit card.

- 10th & 12th class mark sheet & certificate
- Transfer certificate or migration certificate
- Category certificate (if required)
- Passport size photographs
- Aadhaar Card photocopy
- Income certificate of the parent/guardian
How To Fill Application Form for MGCGV Distance Education Online?
Follow the below-mentioned steps:
- Visit the official website and click on the ‘Application form 20201.
- Fill the form properly with all details asked in the Application form such as email ID, phone no, Educational details, General details etc.
- Candidates also need to upload their scanned signatures/photograph in jpg/jpeg format.
- After filling all the details and submitting all the documents pay fees for the selected course and click on the “submit” option.
- Candidates must not forget to take a print out of the application form for further use.
