• There are six papers for six subjects instead of 11 papers
• The first language (papers 1 and 2), English, Mathematics, General Science (Physics and Biology), and Social studies were merged into a single paper.
• There were no changes introduced to the second language paper
• The TS SSC paper will carry 80 marks and there will be more optional questions
• The objective paper should be answered in the last half an hour of the exam
• According to the new exam pattern, the duration of the exam was increased by half an hour and is now it has become 3 hours 15 minutes
