Step 1: Online Registration

• Visit the official website of  TS Model School i.e Telangana Education Department  telanganams.cgg.gov.in.
• Click on the “ TS Model Class 12th Application Form”
• As per school record enter the details such as Candidate‟s Name/ Mother‟s Name/ Father‟s Name etc.
• Enter the valid email id and mobile no. and complete communication address. 
• Registration will be done and a login id will be generated.
• Use the login id to access the account and complete the process. 

Step 2: Fill the Application Form

• Enter the details such as choice of the school, the choice of the examination cities, personal details, academic information, communication details, etc. Make sure to enter the correct details in the application form. 

Step 3: Upload The Scanned Images

Photograph Specification 

• Passport size Photograph with white background   in JPG or JPEG format (size: 10 kb to 200 kb)
• No caps or goggles are allowed in the photograph
• The photographs need not be attested.

Signature Specification 

• The signature must be in the white background between 4 kb to 30 kb in JPG or JPEG format.
• Full signature in running handwriting

• Must have the domicile certificate or belong to the respective Mandals or he/she should have studied 9th or l0th Class in that Manda. for which they are applying for Telangana State Model School to get admission in Class 12th.
• Admissions are on the basis of the marks secured in Class 10th or SSC or the qualifying examination.

The declaration of the result takes place in an online mode at the official site of the Telangana Education Department. The result is out of the respective schools i.e there are around 194 model schools in Telangana. Telangana Education Department prepares the result school-wise on the basis of the 10th class board result.  The initial call list will be published before the final list.
