IISc Admission 2021 is ongoing for UG program. Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore offers various UG, PG and Doctoral courses. Admission to the eligible aspirants will be provided in the scientific and technological research fields only on the basis of their scores of JEE Main, JEE Advanced, CEED (Common Entrance Exam for Design), JAM (Joint Admission Test for M.Sc), NEET and other national tests. For admission into the M.Des course, applicants will be selected based on GATE/CEED Score following a design aptitude test and interview. Also, the aspirants have to appear for GD and PI interview rounds after getting shortlisted based on GATE/CAT/GMAT scores to get admission in M.Tech and M.Mgt programmes.

IISc 2021 Application Form has been released through the online mode.
- The from has been available for the UG, PG, and Ph.D. Courses from 22nd February 2021.
- The last date to apply for UG Courses was 30 May 2021.
- The candidates must upload the scanned copy of the Signature and the Passport Size Photograph.
- Students must register the valid and working Email ID and the Mobile number.
- All the communication will do the authority on the registered contact details.
- The candidates are requested to take multiple printouts of the application form for future references.

How to Apply for IISc Admission 2021?
The university doesn’t organize any entrance test for admission to the UG, PG and research courses. An entrance test is only conducted M.Tech and M.Mgt courses. Admission into other courses will be done through JEE MAIN, NEET, CEED, JAM, JEST, KVPY and other entrance tests. The application form will be filled and submitted through an online portal.
- Candidates should register through their email ids and there is no chance of duplicity.
- Candidates are required to upload copies of:
- Photograph
- Candidate’s signature
- Parent / guardian signature
- Caste certificate
- Candidates can pay the application through debit/credit/visa/master card or net banking.
- The application fee is non-refundable.

IISC Admission 2021 UG Courses Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have qualified in PUC/12 or equivalent exam in the year 2019
- Students appearing in 12th or equivalent class can also apply.
- Candidates should be qualified in physics, chemistry, and mathematics/biology.
- Students should have obtained 60% in the qualifying exam.
- Candidates should have passed the kvpy, jee main, jee advanced, neet.
Selection of the candidates will be based on the merit list of their national level examination. The cutoff marks of the examination will be released by IISC.
IISC Admission 2021 M.Tech Courses Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must hold a bachelor degree in the relevant field of engineering
- Master’s degree in science, physical science, instrumentation, statistics, geology, electronics or MCA can also apply.
- Candidates should have gate 2018/2019/2020 scorecard.
IISC Admission 2021 M.MGT Courses Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must hold a bachelor degree in the relevant field of engineering/technology or equivalent degree.
- Candidates should have gate 2018//2019/2020 scorecard, CAT 2019 or GMAT scores.
Students will be shortlisted on the basis of their GATE scores for M.Tech courses. For other courses, an aptitude test or interview will be conducted along with consideration of GATE scores.
