PTU CET – Punjab Technical University Common Entrance Test

Firstly, Punjab Technical University Common Entrance Test (PTU CET) is a University Level Engineering Entrance Examination offering admissions to the candidates into the various Four-Year Degree Courses in Engineering / Technology (B. Tech.). Also, I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University, situated in Jalandhar conducts this examination every year for the admissions of the aspirants. Further, Punjab Technical University is one of the prestigious universities in India offering engineering courses. Moreover, there is no specific examination conducted for admitting candidates. There will be only centralized counseling for admissions of the candidates. The university will prepare a merit list for the aspirants of B. Tech. / B. Arch. courses on the basis of their performance in JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Main 2018 Examination and NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) 2018 Examination.

The candidates will get the seats on the basis of their rank in the merit list, their preferences, and the availability of seats.
