• PhD in management or related disciplines from reputed universities with an experience of 15 years minimum. Out of these, the candidate must have an experience as Professor or any other administrative role like dean/deputy director for 5 years.

2. Professor-

• Qualifications must be as per the post of Associate professor.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching/research or industry. Out of these, at least 5 years experience at the level of Associate professor. Minimum 13 years experience in academics.

3. Associate Professor-

• Qualifications must be as per the post of Assistant professor.

• PhD or equivalent in the relevant discipline.

• 5 years of experience in teaching or research or industry minimum. Out of these, 2 years experience at least post-PhD is needed.

4. Assistant Professor-

• First class or equivalent in master’s degree in business administration.

• 2 years experience in the relevant discipline is required and preferable.
