75% criteria in 12th class have been removed. This was tweeted by the Education Minister.
- The candidates must have secured passing marks in Class 12th (or equivalent) board examination with the following subjects; Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and a language and any other subject other than these 4.
- Candidates must have born on or after 1st October 1996. There will be 5 years of relaxation for reserved category candidates.
- Candidates must come under the top 2, 50,000 qualifying candidates in paper 1 of JEE Main 2021 (including all categories).
