IPU CET 2020 Counselling will be conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) authority for admissions to various study programs at the university or its affiliated colleges. IPU CET Counselling includes all the process of online registration, choice filling, choice preferring stream, colleges, document verification and seat allotment for the Applicants who will qualify in IPU CET 2020. But only passing in the exam does not confirm the seat in any institute. Further going to the counselling and selecting an institute according to the rank obtained by the candidate is the next necessary step. Successful candidates of IPU CET will be allocated branches and institutes through counselling of IPU CET 2020. The counselling of IPU CET is to be conducted in 2 rounds that started from 08 June to 06 July 2020. On the basis of candidates overall merit rank in IPU CET 2020, GGSIPU, the examination conducting & governing authority will call candidates for interview and for document verification. HPCET 2020 Result will be declared by Himachal Pradesh Technical University on or before 20 May 2020. HPCET is conducted by Himachal Pradesh Technical University for admissions into various undergraduate courses like B.Tech and B.Pharma. And postgraduate courses like MBA, MCA, and M.Tech. The scorecard for Himachal Pradesh CET will contain all the details of the candidate along with subject wise marks scored by him and cutoff marks for counselling.

HPCET 2020 Result released by Himachal Pradesh Technical University

Candidate should be having with them their application number as well as other details like DOB, roll number, and contact number while downloading the HPCET 2020 result. Apart from declaring HPCET result 2020 on the official website, the university will also notify the students about the result from the notice board of the university. However, this will be done some days after announcements of results on the online portal. Just after the commencement of exam, the university will publish an official answer key regarding the entrance exam. Candidates can take and estimate of their final score by referring to the answer key.

However, it has to be noted that there can be a minor difference between the answer key estimated score and the final results. The result that is declared by the HPTU will be of provisional nature meaning it can be changed in the future. HPCET Result Tie Breaker Rule

In a case of a tie between two or more candidates having same aggregate marks in HPTU result 2020, the following tie-breaker principal has been prescribed by the university to resolve the tie and assign the ranks or marks to the candidates:

The candidate with a having high score in Physics subject will be ranked higher.
If the tie is not resolved, then the Chemistry scores will be taken into consideration. And the candidate with the higher score will be ranked above.
If the tie still continues, then the DOB is taken into consideration. And the older candidate will be given the higher ranking.

HPCET 2018 registration process — HPCET Registration Process

HPCET 2020 Registration Process will be required by the candidate to fill up the application form and submit it by Last of April 2020. HPCET 2020 Registration Process

An application processing fee will not be charged from candidates that are applying on the basis of HPCET 2020, for direct entry application forms.
The application forms will be available on the HPCET 2020 official website from 05 March 2020 and the last date to submit duly filled application forms is 28 April 2020.
The candidates need to pay the prescribed entrance exam fee of Rs. 1550/- (for general category) and Rs. 1400/- (SC/ST/BPL).
And, candidates are advised to fill up the application form using the browser on the computer systems only. Mobile phone should be avoided to fill up the application form.
Furthermore, Candidates are advised to check for the eligibility criteria before filling up the application form.
Also, the candidate must be having a scanned copy of a recent colour photograph of the prescribed dimensions. Also, candidates must be having a scanned copy of their signature.

JAYPEE 2020 Result, JIIT Noida conducts entrance examination every year to give admission to the engineering aspirants in institutes of Wakanghat, Guna, Anoopshar and Noida as well. The streams offered include Computer science, Information Technology, Civil, Chemical, Mechanical and biotechnology engineering. There is also a provision for direct entry into the second year through lateral admission for which a separate entrance examination is conducted by the institute. Regular admission does not involve any examination. Rather, the admission is offered on the basis of the score in JEE Mains and 10+2 percentage.

The JAYPEE 2020 Result is declared in the month of May 2020 after a merit list is prepared. All the selected students are then called for counselling. The students must ensure that the eligibility criteria are fulfilled.

GITAM GAT 2018 Paper Pattern — GITAM GAT Paper Pattern

GITAM University will decide the GITAM GAT 2020 Paper Pattern. Also, the exam pattern of GITAM Admission Test (GAT) 2020 is as mentioned below. Candidate must thoroughly understand and analyze each point before appearing for the entrance exam.

GITAM GAT 2020 Paper Pattern

Firstly, GITAM Admission Test 2020 will be an online examination.
Also, the duration of the exam will be two hours( 120 mins).
Then, the maximum marks awarded will be for 300.
There will be 100 multiple choice questions in the exam. And, for each question, there will be four options, out of which one will be correct.
The three sections of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology.
While, for marking the correct answer, the candidates will get three marks.
Also, Negative marking of one mark will be there to choose the incorrect response.
However, for un-attempted questions, there are no marks.

GITAM GAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria will be released by GITAM University. Also, Given below are the eligibility criteria a particular student must fulfil for admission consideration. So, please follow these Eligibility Criteria carefully for GITAM Admission Test.

GITAM GAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Firstly, candidates should have passed class 12/any equivalent education to be eligible for GITAM GAT 2020. They must have obtained at least 60% aggregate/ average marks in Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics.
Also, the candidate needs to pass in 10+2 first attempt in Biology, Physics, Chemistry for Biotechnology courses.
Then, candidates appearing for class 12 examination in 2020 are also eligible.

Also, in the 10+2 the main core subjects of the candidates should be Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. However, for admission in Biotechnology, the candidates must have studied Biology as the core subject, along with Physics and Chemistry.

But, those seeking admissions into B.Tech/BE in Biotechnology are required to pass class XII or equivalent with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. Students/candidates, who will be appearing for class XII exam in 2020, will also be eligible for appearing in the entrance exam.
Further, the passing year of the qualifying examination should be in 2019 or 2020.
B Pharma students must score at least 50per cent aggregate in physics, chemistry, maths or biology.

Moreover, for admission in B.Arch stream, the candidates compulsorily appear for NATA 2020 or JEE Main 2020.

Finally, students with the first rank in their respective qualifying examination are not required to appear for GITAM GAT 2020.

GATE Cleared M.tech students left IITs Post Graduation for PSU Jobs

GATE Cleared M.tech students: The IITs (Indian Institutes of Technology) are facing a hard time in retaining their postgraduate M.Tech. Students, with many leaving the course in between as they got job offers from public sector undertakings (PSUs).

As reported in IIT council meet that number of IITs complained about such instances, it is noted that out of 8,000-PG students, 2,000 left the M.Tech course after getting jobs at PSUs. To tackle the problem, the council has decided to request such PSUs to allow the candidates to join after completing the masters.

Leaving the course in midway not only create a problem too but also seats goes empty for which there is a long waitlist for getting into them. IITs want to encourage students to go for higher studies and research, recently to promote Research IITs announced Prime Minister’s Research Fellowships Indian Institute of Technology.

Admissions to the IIT M.Tech course are granted via the GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering), the GATE score is also used by PSUs for recruitment purpose.

GAIL, ONGC, and SAIL are among the top PSUs offering jobs to M.Tech students from IITs.

To discourage this IIT council is going to recover the entire fellowship amount (Rs 12,400 /month) if any of the candidates leave in mid of the course. “This is happening because there is a lot of pressure on students to start earning once they complete their bachelors”.

The IIT council, the highest decision-making Authority for the prestigious institutes, also approved 1,000 TA (teaching assistantships) with fellowship stipend of Rs 25,000 per month to M.Tech meritorious students.

There are 72,000 students studying in 23 IITs in the country, in which around 14,000 M.Tech students are enrolled PG courses.
