1. District Programme Officer, NCD: 08 Posts
MBBS Degree from a Govt. recognized Medical College and registered with Medical Council of India (MCI) / Assam Medical Council.
Age: Up to 62 Years
2. Training Consultant, SIHFW: 01 Post
Essential : MD/DNB (Gynecology & Obstetrics)
Desirable: Degree/ Diploma in Public Health Management.
Experience: Minimum 5 Years experience in teaching and training of Health Professional.
3 years experience in Programme Management at National/ State or district levelling the field of MCH/O&G and Monitoring and evolution programme.
For retired person up to the age of 62 years retired as senior faculty member in Department of O&G in Medical College or as senior specialist in O&G from a hospital preferably with Public Health or Health Administration background

3. Consultant (Pediatric & Neonatal Service), SIHFW: 01 Post

MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Pediatrics from a Govt. recognized Medical College and registered with Assam Medical Council.
Desirable: Degree/ Diploma in Public Health Management.
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in teaching and training of health professionals.

4. State Consultant (Quality Assurance): 01 Post

MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing graduate preferably with Masters in Hospital Administration/ Health Management (MHA-full time or equivalent) with 5 years experience in Public Health/ Hospital Administration, out of which, at least 3 years work in the field of quality in health care would be desirable. Training and experience of implementing a recognized quality system like NABH/ISO 9001:2008 /Six Sigma / Lean/Kaizen / NQAS or an equivalent would be preferred.
Age: Up to 62 years.

5. State Coordinator (State Blood Cell): 01 Post

Master’s Degree in Management Sciences/ Health Management. Knowledge of logistics/ Statistics, Social Work, and human resource. 4 years’ experience in Blood Services. Strong Communication and documentation skills in English. Experience in Govt. Sectors (PSU), Social Sector will be preferred.
Age: Up to 62 years

6. Consultant (RKSK): 02 Posts

Post Graduate Degree in Sociology/ Social Work/Home Science/ Women Studies/ Public Health from Govt. recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field.

Demonstration ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.

8. Epidemiologist, IDSP: 03 Posts

Medical Graduate (MBBS) with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Preventive and Social Medicine/ Public Health or Epidemiology (such as MD, MPH, DPH, MAE etc)
b. Medical Graduate (MBBS) with 2 years experience in Public Health.
c. Medical Graduate (Ayur) preferably MPH/ DPH.

Graduate in any discipline
Diploma in Stenography in English from recognized Govt. Institution.
Short Hand Speed = 80 WPM
