AP LAWCET 2020 (Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test) will be conducted by Sri Krishnadevaraya University on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), Hyderabad. This exam is conducted at the State Level and candidates are enrolled into the undergraduate Law courses (three years / five years) of Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapuramu, Andhra Pradesh on qualifying this exam. AP LAWCET 2020 Application Form

The candidates can refer to this section to get the information about the AP LAWCET 2020 application form. Following are the application form details:

  • The application form will be released by the university through online mode.
  • AP LAWCET application form will be available for the candidates from first week of 2020 onwards.
  • The candidates firstly need to pay the application fee amount to fill the application form.
  • The candidates must fill all their personal, education qualification, contact and other details very carefully.
  • The candidates need to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature according to the guidelines laid down by the university.
  • The candidates need to take out a print out of the application form for future reference.

Application Fee

All the candidates will be required to pay Rs.750 as application fee.

The candidates need to pay the application fee through online mode (debit/credit card and net banking).

AP LAWCET 2020 Eligibility Criteria

AP LAWCET 2020 eligibility criteria details are provided hereby:

General Eligibility:

  • Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian national.
  • Domicile: The candidates need to fulfil the local and non-local status eligibility as specified by Andhra
    Pradesh Educational Institutions
  • Age: Age limit for enrollment in law courses depends on the rule position at the time of admission.

Qualification Eligibility (3 Year LLB Course):

  • Qualification Required: The candidate must be a graduate (10+2+3 pattern) from any university which is recognized. If the candidate has not secured valid marks in graduation he should pass any Additional graduate or postgraduate degree with aggregate marks.
  • Percentage Required: The OC candidates need to have 45% marks, BC candidates need to score 42% marks whereas SC/ST candidates need to have 40% in their graduation.

Qualification Eligibility (5 Year LLB Course):

  • Qualifying Requirement Criteria: The candidates need to complete their 10+2 or any other exam equivalent to it from any of the recognized board or the Board of Intermediate Education, AP.
  • Percentage Required: The OC candidates need to have 45% marks, BC candidates need to score 42% marks whereas SC/ST candidates need to have 40% in their 10+ 2 exams.

  • The admit card will be issued only to those candidates who have completed the registration process on time.
  • The University will be issuing the admit card by the First week of May 2020 on the official website(
  • The candidates need to keep the admit card carefully as it will be required at a later stage during the exam time and also during the counselling process.
  • The candidates must have their admit card with them on the exam day as candidates will not be allowed to give the exam in case they do not have their admit card.
