NMAT 2020 also known as Narsee Monjee Aptitude Test 2020 is a national level MBA Entrance test. It is the gateway for admission into some of the top MBA colleges. NMAT 2020 will be conducted for admission into the upcoming batches i.e. MBA Admissions 2020. NMAT is administered by GMAC (Graduate Management Admissions Council). The exam is conducted in a 75-day test window starting from First week of October 2020 for a maximum of 3 times, with a minimum period of 15 days between successive attempts. In case of multiple attempts, the best of three will be considered.

NMAT 2020 Application Form

Here is the detailed guide on how to fill the NM Apptitude Test 2020 application form:
  • Create an account on the official website using a valid email address.
  • Provide contact information, personal, educational and work experience, the list of programmes to send scores, and the ID that you will use at the time of login again. Indicate your interest in participating in a search service and read the terms and conditions thoroughly.
  • Your name and date of birth that you enter on the registration form must exactly match the name and date of birth on the documents attaching within.
  • Choose the schools to send your scores under the "Schools Preference" section. Up to 5 programmes are included in your registration fee. An additional fee of INR 200 + applicable taxes will be applied for each programme added in excess of  five programmes.
  • You must upload a photograph that bears same to you and the photograph on your Photo ID. This photograph will also be included on the admit card that a candidate must bring.
  • Pay the test fee.
  • Once your payment is done, the schedule exam option will be activated in your dashboard, so that you can go ahead and schedule the exam.

NMAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria

NMAT 2020 eligibility criteria is prescribed by Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), the conducting authority of Narsee Monjee. Test aspirants should meet the NMAT 2020 eligibility criteria in order to apply for NMAT exam.

  • Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in any of the discipline from a recognised university or institute with at least 50%.
  • Moreover, candidates with one or more years of work experience will be given preference.
  • Final year students of Bachelor’s degree (regular) will be eligible to apply .However, it is only after clearing final year exam in the first attempt with at least 50 per cent marks, then only the  candidates would be offered final admission.
  • Age Limit: There is no age limit to take NMAT 2020 examination.
  • All applicants need to submit their original documents within the stipulated time.

NMAT 2020 Admit Card

After the application form is submitted and the fee payment is completed, candidates can get their online admit card of NMAT 2020 from their dashboard. Candidates will require their registration ID and password to download their NMAT 2020 admit card. It is mandatory for candidates to carry their NMAT 2020 admit card, confirmation email printout, and a valid photo ID and signature ID (original) to the allotted exam centre.

NMAT 2020 Exam Pattern

NMAT 2020 Syllabus contains three sections – Language Skill, Quantitative skills and logical reasoning. Each section has different marks allotted and a total of 120 questions are asked for which 120 minutes are allotted. There is no negative marking for wrong answer and one mark is allotted  for each correct answer. The applicant is not allowed to change section in middle and they have to attend each section one by one.

NMAT 2020 Result

The exam conducting authority will publish the NMAT  2020 score card on their website after 4-5 weeks of the exam date.The candidates will also be notified through mail about the availability of result .The candidates can get their NMAT 2020 result by accessing the NMAT account.In the score card,they can check their total score as well as a percentile ranking.

NMAT 2020 Cut Off 

The authority will release the cut off for each specializations of MBA after the result itself .The NMAT cut-off will be released by each participating institution for their campuses.The candidates will able to check the sectional cut off for each section given in the exam.The candidates those will reach the cut-off marks will be shortlisted for the admission procedure.
