AMITY JEE 2020 (Amity Joint Entrance Examination) is a national level entrance exam conducted at university level every year by Amity University in the month of April and May. The exam is conducted to offer admissions to the candidates for various engineering programs. AMITY JEE 2020 is conducted by Pearson VUE on behalf of Amity University as a conducting authority.

It is a private university located in Noida, UP, India which was established on 24th March 2004. Amity offers both traditional and distance learning courses.  It is a multinational campus University located in 22 cities of India.

This exam will be held in an online mode. Thus, the interested candidates are needed to fill the form and apply for the test.

AMITY JEE 2020 Online Application Process:

The online application process will include various steps like:

  • Visiting the website.
  • Registering on the portal and then filling the relevant details.
  • After filling details appropriately, the candidate will have to upload the scanned passport size photograph.
  • The last step is to make the application fee payment.

AMITY JEE 2020 Offline Application Process:

  • Visit the official website and download the application form. The application form can be downloaded by submitting the demand draft in favour of ‘Amity Form’ payable at New Delhi.
  • Students can also pay the fees through debit card/credit card or net banking.
  • Take the print out of the application form and fill the required details in it.
  • Affix recent passport size photograph on the form and submit along with the class X mark sheet photocopy at the respective college.
  • Candidate can buy the application form from any Amity information centres/ campuses located in Noida, Lucknow, Jaipur, Gurgaon, Gwalior, Kolkata, Mumbai, Raipur and Ranchi whichever is nearby you.

 AMITY JEE 2020 Eligibility Criteria

  • As an aggregate percentage, only those who have studied English as a mandatory subject in 10+2 level can apply for the examination.
  • The subjects such as Physical Education, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, vocational, non-written subjects will be considered for the respective disciplines.
  • If a candidate has got compartment in class 12ththen he/she cannot appear for this exam.

AMITY JEE 2020 Admit Card

Admit card also known as hall ticket is a very important document for a candidate. It is a crucial document which can be acquired from the main website. Thus, download the admit card a few days before the examination and take the print out. Candidates are required to carry the admit card along with them on the exam day.

 Download the Admit Card:

  • Login to Amity Microsite.
  • Schedule your test by submitting the date and time slot to receive the admit card on the microsite.
  • After scheduling the admit card will appear on the screen.
  • Then download the admit card and take the print out. This print out will be carried along with you to the examination centre. Print out of the admit card and government proof such as ID proof, Aadhar card, voter card, driving license Ration card, Passport, and Pan Card also needed to be with you while moving to the examination hall.

AMITY JEE 2020 Syllabus

Amity University will be conducting Amity JEE 2020  probably in the month of May 2020. Thus before that, it is important that the desirous candidates are well prepared. Because it is well known that one can not crack any entrance examination without preparation. Therefore, to know what to prepare for an exam, one needs to know the whole syllabus thoroughly.

AMITY JEE 2020 Exam Pattern

Below are a few points to understand the AMITY JEE 2020 paper pattern:

  • This will be an OMR (Optical mark reading) based examination and at the same time will be held in multiple cities.
  • The syllabus will be based on standard 12thsubjects such as English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology or Mathematics (PCB).
  • This entrance exam will be held online and will be computer-based.
  • The applicants will be given 2 hours to solve the complete paper.
  • The question paper will be MCQ (Multiple Type Question) types.
  • The question paper will be available only in one language that is English.
  • The question paper will have 90 questions in all and the marks given will be 360 marks.
  • Applicants will get 4 marks for each correct answer.
  • 1 mark will be deducted from the total for each incorrect answer.

AMITY JEE 2020 Result

The results for the AMITY JEE 2020 will be released in the 2nd week of May 2020. Though the merit would also be made available online after the release of the result, the candidates can also check their result by entering their form number and password.

Candidates can get the complete information on the online portal. Only the candidates who are shortlisted in the merit list are eligible for the counselling process and are supposed to carry all the documents which are required to be shown during the counselling process.

AMITY JEE  2020 Counselling

Candidates qualifying the Amity University 2020 entrance exam will be informed about the counselling process through email or calls if necessary. Selected candidates will be invited for further rounds of group discussions or personal interview.

Merit list will be made selecting candidates based on the marks secured in written test, GD and interview round.

Candidates will have to choose the preferred course before they wish to appear the Amity University counselling. At the time of counselling, candidates have to bring their relevant documents for the document verification process.

No Show Fees: Students Who take dates and do not show up, will be charged Rs.750/- for getting another date.
