At the undergraduate level, IIT Varanasi provides 4-year B.Tech degree in various specializations. This college also offers 05-year integrated program in Engineering and Pharmaceutical. Candidates with 75% marks or more in the class 12 exam, or who have placed in the top 20 percentiles in class 12 exam conducted by the respective Boards will be eligible for the desired courses. For SC/ST candidates the minimum qualifying marks would be 65%.

IIT BHU M.Tech And M.Pharm. Admission 2020
At postgraduate level, IIT Varanasi provides admission in M.Tech course is provided with 30 different specializations and the M.Pharm program is offered with 4 different specializations. Total duration of the full-time M.Tech and M.Pharm courses is two years.
Admissions in M. Tech program is done on the basis of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) score.
