IHBAS MD Psychiatry Admission 2020

Eligibility Criteria
For admission in MD Psychiatry, candidates must have studied PCB in their 10+2 i.e. Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from CBSE or any recognized State board. Candidates must have a graduation degree. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have MA/ MSc in Psychology/ Applied Psychology/ Cognitive Science/ Clinical/ Counseling Psychology/ Health Psychology from any UGC recognized University with at least 55% marks. Reserved categories SC/ST/OBC candidates will be given 5% of relaxation.

Note- In case of nonavailability of suitable PH candidates the seat will be filled up by unreserved candidates.
IHABS pays a stipend of Rs 12000 P.M to the shortlisted candidates. Any stipend will not be paid to in-service candidates and candidates under Foreign National Category.
How To Apply For IHBAS Admission 2020?
The selection process for admission in M.Phil course at IHBAS College is purely based on merit. The IHBAS M.Phil selection is divided into following three phases -
- Entrance Exam – Candidates have to appear and qualify the entrance exam conducted for the admission in M.Phil course at IHBAS.
- Interview- After qualifying the IHBAS entrance exam, aspirants are shortlisted on the basis of the marks secured and will be called for the interview. The candidates need to clear the interview round for admission in the M.Phil course at IHBAS.
The candidates have to send the Application form complete in all the respects as prescribed on the IHBAS website to the HOD and Chief Course Coordinator of the respective courses.

- For General, InService and Foreign Candidates – Rs 2000
- For Reserved Categories – Rs 1000
- The application fee can be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of the Director, University of Delhi enclosed with the application only.
- Documents Verification- Institute authorities will shortlist candidates as per their performance in the interview. Then, the documents submitted along with the application form will be verified.
Candidates are advised to submit the genuine documents. If the documents are found fake at the time of admission, then the admission will be cancelled by the college and necessary actions will be taken.
Application received without application fee or other documents will not be considered.
