Jesus Mary Joseph College of Women Admission 2020 is based on merit list. J.M.J (Jesus Mary Joseph ) College for women,founded a society of the J.M.J in the year 1822 in Netherlands, to meet the most felt need of the time i.e education of the young girls. Spreading far and wide , the society established its first branch in India , Andhra Pradesh , Guntur in 1904. The college is affiliated to Achrarya Nagarjuna university, recognised by the UGC and re-accredited by NAAC with “B++” with grade (2.93).
The main aim is to educate rural young girls and others who are socially and economically backward, in order to enable them to serve the society.

J.M.J College Admission Procedure
Jesus Mary Joseph College of Women Admission 2020 into the college is made strictly on the basis of merit with due consideration for the marginalized and weaker sections of society. The college reserves to itself the right of admission. Candidate who are looking for admission in J.M.J COLLEGE they should follow these criteria.
- Students who have passed 10+2 in relevant streams from a recognized board are eligible to join any UG level course.
- Admission to UG level programs is given on the basis of the applicant’s merit in the qualifying examination.
- Those who have completed BSc, BA, B. Com Degree courses are considered eligible to join MSc, MA, and M. Com courses respectively.
- Students are awarded scholarships by the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, Govt. of India and on merit basis depending upon their family’s annual income.
- The Management provides Fee concerns to the economically backward students and merit scholarship to the bright poor and sports students
- The College authorities reserve the right to cancel the admission of a student without returning the fees if there be any difference between the certificates produced and the entries made in the application.
Admission Process
- Students seeking admission to Degree & PG courses can view our college website in which we have shown all the courses and Admission notice is given on the website every year.
- The first-year students seeking admission must have passed in the two-year Intermediate Examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education Andhra Pradesh or any other examination conducted by any other Board/Institution recognised as equal.
- The students can obtain the Application and Prospectus from the College office between 9:30 am to 5 pm.
- The eligible candidates can submit the application through post or in person
- Candidates conditionally selected for admission will be dejected by Post or through phone. They must present themselves for an interview with the Principal along with their Parents/Guardian on the date and the time mentioned in the card. At the time of interview, the student should produce required documents such as: -
