The Rajeev Gandhi Memorial College of Engineering & Technology offers Undergraduate and Postgraduate degrees in Engineering, Master of Business Administration and Master of Computer Application, Ph.D. programs. RGMCET Ph.D. Eligibility
- Applicants must secure at least 55% in the related streams in Post Graduation. A minimum of 50% must be scored by SC/ ST applicants.
- Holders of MCA degrees do not pursue a Ph. D./ M.Phil. In computer science and Engineering.
RGMCET Ph.D. Selection Process
- Candidates must register for the University Entrance Test and opt for the examination to score an appropriate rank.
- The admissions happen based on the performance in the Entrance Examination.
- According to the ranking obtained, candidates go through the interview schedule.

Procedure:
- Both relevant documentation must be photocopied and duly certified, along with the completed and signed application form downloaded from the Official University Website www.jntua.ac.in.
- Applicants are required to send a D.D. JNTUA is payable at Ananthapuramu for Rs.1500/- also drawn in favour of the Registrar.

RGMCET Scholarships
- A full tuition fee waiver for 4 years of B.Tech by the college is offered to students with less than 10,000 rank in EAMCET.
- AICTE provides stipends through the GATE ranking to the students admitted.
- In an academic year, the college provides INR 25000 reimbursement to students with over 90% CGPA.
