Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce offers courses in Commerce and Arts subjects at the UG level. BA (Honors) is offered majorly in Economics, Business Economics and Punjabi. BCom is offered in Honors and Programme level while BSc (Honors) is offered in Computer Science.
The basic eligibility criteria for all the courses is passing 10 + 2 examination. All admissions are based on the merit in the qualifying examination. Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce offers Diploma in Business Journalism & Corporate Communication and PG Diploma in International Marketing along with other certificate courses. The candidates seeking admission in these courses must have obtained a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks or pursuing the same from the University of Delhi. Delhi University accepts the self-attested copies of documents/papers provided by the students. It is made clear that if any false attestation/falsified records are detected, the candidate will be debarred from attending any course in the university or its college(s) for the next five years and also, a criminal case under relevant sections of IPC (viz, 470, 471, 474, etc.) will be instituted against him/her, to subject him/her to the requisite criminal proceedings.
• Students wishing to apply under supernumerary categories, namely Reservation of seats for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), Kashmiri Migrant (KM), Reservation for Armed Forces (CW) and Ward Quota shall also apply online on the UG admission portal.
• The registration of students seeking admission under Sports / Extra-curricular activities (ECA) categories is through the same portal.
• Students seeking admission under the Foreign Students' category have to apply separately on Foreign Students' Registry website.
• Changes made in any of the programmes after the release of the Bulletin shall become effective from the date it is posted on Undergraduate (UG) admission portal.
• Delhi University reserves the right to revise, amend, update, or delete any part of this Bulletin without giving any prior notice. Any changes made shall be updated on the UG Admission Portal.

All the foreign students would be offered admission through the Office of the Foreign Students Advisor. All the international students are expected to undergo a medical examination within one month of their admission according to the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. The admission of all the international students will only be confirmed after the results of the medical fitness examination and the admissions would remain provisional till then.
