AIMA UGAT 2023 Application Form

• Visit the Official website of UGAT and click on the given Registration Link.
• Register through a valid Email ID or Mobile Number and fill in all the particular details asked in the Application Form carefully.
• Upload all the required details in JPG Form and ensure that the uploaded photograph is clear.
•  Once the Application Form is filled, click on the Submit Button and take a printout of the Application form.

• Applicants can purchase the Application form from the post office by sending DD to AIMA.
• The DD should be signed in favor of the “All India Association Management” payable at New Delhi. Along with the DD, applicants are also required to attach two self-addressed slips.
• While filling the AIMA UGAT application form for the year 2021, candidates will have to paste their clear passport size picture in the space allotted and then send it by post to the requisite address.

AIMA UGAT 2023 Application Fee

• Offline - Applicants need to purchase the Registration Form from the Institutes that will be enlisted or from AIMA, New Delhi.
• Credit/Debit Card – Applicants can also pay online mode at the link: apps.aima.in/Ugat2018 with Credit Card or Debit Card. The detailed procedure will be given on the website link.
• Demand Draft - Candidates can make the payment by sending DD of the amount 650/- in the favour of “All India Association Management” payable at New Delhi.

AIMA UGAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria 

• Qualifying Exam: Applicants must have passed their 12th standard exam or any other equivalent exam from any recognized board.
• Age Limit: There is No Age limit to appear for the UGAT 2021. Candidates above 17 years of age can give this exam.  
• Subject Stream: Applicants of either the Science/ Commerce/ Arts stream is eligible to apply for AIMA UGAT.
• Minimum Percentage: There is no minimum percentage required to fill the Application Form.

AIMA UGAT 2023 Exam Pattern

• Type of Questions: The question paper will have multiple-choice questions.
• The medium of Examination: The medium is English
• Marking Scheme: For each correct answer one mark(+1) will be awarded and there will be no negative marking.

AIMA UGAT 2023 Preparation Tips

To prepare effectively and efficiently, aspirants need to follow a study regime that would help them to cover the syllabus on time. Below are some preparatory tips to keep in mind while preparing for AIMA UGAT 2023:

• Applicants should be able to manage their time properly so that they do not get tired during their study time. A proper schedule should be made and followed.
• While studying, candidates should take enough breaks to make sure that their mind is calm and composed.
• Since the Exam has no negative marking, the candidates should appear for the examination to attempt every single question and not leave any question blank.

AIMA UGAT 20212 Admit Card

AIMA will release the UGAT Admit card 2023  on the official webiste. Follow the below-mentioned guidelines to know more about the Hall ticket:

• Applicants can download the UGAT admit card from the official website
• It is mandatory to download and print the admit card before appearing for the examination.
• All the information on the admit card should be correct. If any discrepancy is found on the day of the examination, actions would be taken accordingly.
• All the candidates must visit their exam center before the day of the exam to avoid reaching late on the final day or going to the wrong center.
• The admit card contains information like the test venue, exam timing, Registration, roll no. of the candidate, etc.
• Applicants must take the multiple print-outs of Hall Ticket for further process.

AIMA UGAT 2023 Result

• Go to the official website of AIMA UGAT.
• Proceed and check for the ‘Result’ Section.
• Fill in all the required details and then click on the 'Submit' button.
• The Result will be displayed online. Take a printout of it for future reference.

AIMA UGAT 2023 Counselling

The counseling session for AIMA UGAT 2023 will start from the last week of July. The qualifying applicants will have to participate in the counseling process. AIMA will be conducting the counseling to provide admission in various courses into different universities and colleges/institutes-

• After the result declaration, applicants will have to take a printout of the Result and apply for the Counselling round which will take place in various colleges that accept the AIMA UGAT Results for admissions into their colleges.
• Either the colleges will call the applicants based on their marks obtained for various courses or the candidates can directly for counseling to any college.
• Applicants will have to report to the allocated location with necessary documents and certificates, failing to which the seat will be allotted to the waiting list candidate.
