Programme | Eligibility Requirements |
B.E Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering | The candidate must have completed a 10+2 or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. SC, ST, and OBC-NCL candidates are given a 5% concession. |
B.E Petroleum Engineering | The candidate must have received a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, or Biology in their 10+2 years. SC, ST, and OBC-NCL applicants only need 45 percent. |
B.E. Mechanical Engineering | The candidate must have completed a 10+2 or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. SC, ST, and OBC-NCL candidates are given a 5% discount.

B.E. Electrical Electronics Engineering | The candidate must have received a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in 10+2 or an equivalent test. SC, ST, and OBC-NCL candidates must get a minimum score of 45 percent. Age restriction: On the first day of lessons, the candidate must be no older than 25 years old. |
B. Tech. in Food Processing Technology | The candidate must have received a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, Math's, or Biology in their 10+2 years. |
B.E Mining Engineering | The candidate must have completed a 10+2 or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics combined. SC, ST, and OBC-NCL candidates are given a 5% discount.

B.E. Marine Engineering | The candidate must have received at least 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in 10+2 or any equivalent exam. In addition, a minimum of 50% in English is required. Age restriction: The candidate must be under the age of 25 on the first day of the programme. Medical requirements: The candidate must be physically fit to serve at sea, with vision of at least 6/12 in both eyes or 6/9 in the better eye and 6/18 in the other, and no color blindness. |

M. E. Petroleum Engineering | Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, M.Sc. geology, or M.Sc. geophysics. |
M.E. Thermal & Fluid Engineering | The candidate must have completed a B.E/B.Tech with a minimum of 60% in one of the following disciplines:

Power Systems | The candidate needs to have a bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering-Marine, Marine Engineering, Naval Arch and Offshore Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Harbour Engineering. |
M.E. Structural Engineering and Construction | The candidate must have completed a B.E./B.Tech. degree with a minimum of 55 percent in one of the following disciplines:

M.B.A. Shipping & Logistics Management | The candidate must have received a minimum of 50% in a degree from a recognized university. Or, Be a mariner with any of the following professional certifications gained after completing a minimum of 6 years of study-cum-training following 10+2: a) Master Certificate of Competency for Foreign Travel. Or, b) A First Class Motor, Steam, or Combination (Chief Engineer) Certificate of Competency from the Directorate General of Shipping, Ministry of Shipping, Government of India, or its international counterparts. |
