Minimum prerequisites for qualification
- A recognized bachelor's degree with mathematics at the 10+2 level or graduation is required. At the 10+2 level or graduation, the candidate must have passed Mathematics as one of the topics.
- In the Qualifying Degree Examination, at least 50% of the marks must be obtained (45 percent in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) Candidates who are about to take their final test are also eligible to apply.
- Final-year applicants may be allowed provisional admission if they guarantee that they will be able to show their final mark sheet/certificate of qualifying examination within two months of admission, failing which their enrollment will be automatically cancelled.
- Candidates seeking provisional admission must pass all topics up to the fifth semester of their degree programme. These students must bring all of their mark sheets up to the fifth semester for verification at Counseling, else their candidature will be cancelled.

Assam JMEE 2022 Admit Card
- On the official website, the Assam JMEE 2022 Admit Card will be available. All candidates must download and print their admission cards, without which they will be unable to participate in the examination. All candidates must adhere to the guidelines listed below:
- By using his/her Application Form number/User name and Password generated during the online submission of the Application, the candidate will be able to download Assam JMEE admit card 2022 from the University website www.astu.ac.in.
- All applicants must bring photo identification, which might be any of the following:
- Aadhaar ID
- Driving License
- PAN Card
- Voter ID
- Passport in original
- If the candidate is unfamiliar with the area, he or she should pay a visit to the examination center to avoid arriving late or at the incorrect site.
- If any of the information on the admit card is wrong, applicants must amend it.
- The issuance of a hall ticket only allows a candidate to participate in the Examination; it does not mean that the candidate meets all of the conditions for admission to the course for which the candidate has taken the examination.
JMEE 2022 Assam Result
The Assam JMEE 2022 Result will be available on the conducting body's official website, and all candidates who qualify for the examination must obtain their scorecards. Only qualified candidates' scorecards would be generated. Candidates will not receive their score/rank card in the mail; instead, they will have to download it.
