Candidates who have shortlisted in the exam must go through the details mentioned below to stay updated with complete details to appear in the counselling.

• The process for the allotment of seats will depend on the candidate’s performance in the ITSAT (ATIT) Exam or any other engineering exam in which candidate has appeared.
• The candidates who qualify for the admission as per the guidelines of the University will get a call from the university.
• Also, the candidates will fill their choice. And, the candidates will get seats as per their choice and seat availability.
• The Candidates will be allotted seats according to their performance in exam and preference of course as given in the application form.
• After the counselling is done, the students are required to report to the ICFAI University deposit the fees to lock their seat which has been allocated to them.

ATIT 2022 Counselling Procedure

This article gives an insight into the counselling procedure, which the University will undertake to grant admission to the selected candidates. Some important points to consider for the ATIT counselling includes-

• Firstly, the score of the candidate in the ITSAT 2022 Exam, as well as the score in JEE Mains 2022 or any other state/national level exam, will be used as a basis to allocate the seat in the ATIT counselling.
• Then, call letters will be available to the students to inform them about the seat allotment of ATIT.
• Also, the preferences indicated by the candidate will play an important role as well in the allotment of seat.
• The decision for allocation of a branch to the candidate will finally rest with the Admissions Committee.
• An ATIT Counselling schedule will be available to the candidates according to which the candidates must report to the Institute along with the original certificates and their attested photocopies to the campus as assigned.

Documents Required For ATIT Counselling

• In case the students who have appeared for their Class XII exams in 2022 and have not yet received their original certificates need to submit before September 2022.
• Only after the university will receive the originals, the students will get admission into the B.Tech programs. The documents required in counselling are:

1. 1. Mark sheets of Class X and Class XII
   2. Birth certificate
   3. Transfer or Migration Certificate along with the completion certificate from the respective board at IFHE with original certificates
   4. Scorecard of ATIT/JEE Mains 2022
