AUAT UG 2023 Exam Pattern

AUAT Exams are conducted in an offline mode every year for U.G courses. The exam is conducted by the Aliah University and the selected students get admission to this university for their choice of course. AUAT UG 2023 Admit Card

•  Aliah University admits card will be published on the official website.
• Issuance of the Hall ticket is expected to be held on the third week of June 2023, before the exam
• Candidate are advised to download the Hall ticket, following the schedule
• All the examinee have to carry the admit card to the exam hall or their entry will be prohibited
• The login credential is required, to download the hall pass document
• Check all the information mentioned on it and in case of any discrepancy, immediately report to the AUAT office.
• The availability of the Aliah University admits card will be until one day before the exam.

AUAT UG 2023 Result 

• The appearing candidate will check and view their scorecard from the official website (www.aliah.ac.in)
• The Scorecard of AUAT will contain the marks obtained by the candidate and the overall percentage
• Login credential will be required to access the scorecard
• The result card for the AUAT is an important document and need to preserve carefully till the admission process
• Once the result is declared, the Merit List will be prepared based on the performance of the candidate.
• Qualified candidates will get an individual rank card, containing relevant information regarding counseling.

AUAT UG Merit List 2023

A merit list will be prepared for Alias University Admission Test (AUAT) for undergraduates (U.G), soon after the declaration of the result. For more knowledge about the merit list follow the points mentioned below:

1. The AUAT UG result in 2023 will be prepared based on the Entrance Test.
2. A separate list will be prepared for the physically challenged (PC) Candidate
3. A rank card will be provided to the AUAT appeared candidate which will contain all the information related to the counselling
4. For B.tech students, A separate merit list will be prepared, different from other courses
5. Once the merit list is prepared, the Candidate will be called for counselling.
6. The Final merit list will be prepared by aggregating percentage marks obtained in the qualifying exam and the AUAT UG score.

The following information will be indicated in the provisional merit list announced after result declaration:

1. Application ID
2. Name
3. General Rank
4. PC Rank (if applicable)
5. OS Rank (if applicable)
6. Status

AUAT UG 2023 Counselling

1. Admission to the different U.G programs will be offered through the AUAT counseling.
2. The registration for the counselling will be done online on the official website on the university counselling portal
3. The candidate will be allotted based on their ranks and performance
4. Candidates have verified all required documents once the allotment is done
5. If a candidate failed to verify the document or failed to complete the admission process then the seat will be offered to the candidate rank next in rank.
6. The qualified candidate will  have to pay an e-counselling registration fee of INR 500, which will be adjusted in the admission fee

The candidate has to carry the following original documents with one attested photocopy:

1. AUAT 2023 Admit Card
2. Qualifying examination’s Mark Sheet and Certificate
3. Age Proof
4. Domicile Certificate
5. Category certificate (if applicable)
