AUEET UG Counselling 2022: Dates, Document Verification

AUEET UG Counselling 2022 is being conducted by Directorate of Admissions, Andhra University for the candidates who have qualified the exam. The counselling schedule can be checked here. Candidates are called for counselling round according to the entrance test. Firstly, The candidates are required to appear for the document verification at the helpline centres. Then, web counseling round takes place where candidates are required to select the colleges/courses. At last candidates have to accept the seat by paying the admission fee after seat allotment list will be released. Document Verification at Helpline Centres
The candidates who have qualified AUEET UG 2022 are required to appear for the document verification at the designated helpline centres. The candidates are required to submit the fee for certificate registration as well.
The mentioned documents need to be carried at the helpline centers for document verification are:
- AUEET UG 2022 Admit Card
- AUEET UG 2022 Rank Card
- Class 12th Orginal Certificate
- Passport Size Photographs.
- Transfer Certificate
- Caste Certificate
- Date of Birth Certificate
- Migration Certificate
- Last 7 Years Study certificates
- Income Certificate
- Sports Certificates(if needed)
- NCC certificates(if needed)
- Physical fitness certificate
AUEET UG 2022 Web Counselling
After the certificate registration through online counselling, the candidates are required to select the choices of their courses & colleges. The candidates are required to login with their credentials and then, select the preferences from the given choices.
AUEET UG 2022 Seat Allotment List
After the online counselling, Andhra university releases seat allotment list of different rounds along with the ranks of the candidates who are eligibile to take admission. Then the candidates have to pay the admission fee to accept the seat for a particular course.

AUEET UG 2022 Counselling: Cancellation of Admission
If the candidates are interested in withdrawing their money after admission into a respective course, they must read all the information related to the cancellation of admission.
- Candidates can cancel their seats with a 90% refund of the total fee set by the university before the completion of the first round of counselling.
- Candidates can cancel their seats with an 80% refund of the total fee will be given before the completion of the second round of counselling.
- There will be no refund of the fee if candidates cancelled their seats after the second phase of counselling.
