Bihar UGMAC 2023 Application Form

The Bihar UGMAC 2023 Application Form will be available in October 2023. Candidates willing to apply for the Application form are advised to check the Eligibility criteria, before applying for the same.

How to Apply for UGMAC 2023?

• Visit the official website and click on the link available for online registration for online for Bihar UGMAC Admission 2023.
  Fill in the required details which will be asked in step one such as email id, mobile no. etc.
• The candidate will receive an email and SMS. The received email and SMS will contain an “Activation Code” which is to be used by the candidate to activate his/her account.
• The candidate should click the “Activate Your Account” button and enter the email-id and received an activation code to activate his/her account. Thereafter click the “Submit” button.
• After submitting the details, the applicant needs to click on the “Sign-in” button and enter the email Id and password to proceed further.
• After successful registration and activating the account, the candidate should “Sign in” to his/her account and thereafter complete the required entries regarding personal information on the computer screen.
• Then

•  Click on the “Save & Continue” button.

• After entering the personal information the candidate should upload his / her passport size snap of high contrast (Photo must be snapped with placard containing candidate’s name and snapping date), and full signature in Hindi and English (Not in capital letter) after duly scanning the same.
• After uploading the photo and signature click on the “Save & Continue” button.

• Once the educational information is entered by the candidate, they must verify all the information given by him/her while verifying the information provided in Step 2, Step 3, and Step 4.
• In case of any discrepancy in the details entered, then the applicant should click the “Back to Edit” button and make the required corrections.
• Thereafter the applicant should click the “Save & Continue” button to update the entered information. Once the preview of the application form is found to be correct, then the candidate should check the Declaration checkbox and click the “Confirm & Submit” button and proceed to Step 6 i.e; Pay Counseling Fee.

Candidates will have to pay counseling fees after filling in the details correctly.

After disbursement of Counseling Fee under scheduled date, the aspirant must download the Hard Copy (Part-A & and Part-B) of online filled Application Form and keep the same safely, because it contains all the needful information provided by the candidate. And further, BCECE UGMAC ID will be made available by the Board at the time of counseling procedure.

Documents to be submitted along with Bihar UGMAC Application Form

The applicants need to submit the print out of the ‘Online’ filled in Application Form both Part-A & Part-B along with the following:

• Original Admit Card of NEET(UG)-2023
• Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Matric / equivalent exam.
• Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Intermediate/ 10+2 / equivalent exam.
• Residential Certificate.
• Caste Certificate.
• All the Certificate/documents in original as per the requirements of admissions in Private Medical / Dental Colleges.
• Six copies of the passport size photographs, same as pasted by the candidate on the Admit Card of NEET(UG)-2023.
• Download &  print of Online filled Application Form (Part A & Part B) of UGMAC-2023.
• Aadhar Card.
• Other documents required (if applicable) such as DQ (PH) certificate.

Bihar UGMAC 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The candidates must ensure that they fulfill the required eligibility conditions set down by the BCECE Board. The required eligibility criteria for admission into private and government colleges are:

For MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS Admission in Government Colleges

Eligibility criteria for candidates seeking admission to MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS courses in government colleges through UGMAC 2020 Counseling process are as follows:

• Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian National.
• The candidate must be a resident of Bihar claiming admissions against 85% state quota seats.

• The applicants have passed the Class 12th examination under the 10+2 system conducted by the CBSE/ Council of the Indian School Certificate Examination/ State Boards with subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English 
• Only those candidates, who have studied Class 11th & 12th in Bihar are allowed to participate in the counseling process.
• The applicants should have secured a minimum of 50% marks for General, (40% marks for SC/ST/OBC and 45% for Gen-PWD category candidates) taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/ Biotechnology.
• A candidate must qualify for the NEET-2020 exam with a minimum of the 50 percentile (for General candidates), 45 percentile (for UR-PwD candidates), and 40 percentile (for SC, ST, OBC, SC- PwD, ST- PWD & OBC- PWD candidates).

Age Criteria & Relaxations for candidates seeking admission to MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS courses through UGMAC 2020 Counseling process are as follows:

• An aspirant must be 17 years on the 31 December in the year He/She is going to appear for the exam.
• The candidate's date of birth should not exceed 31 December 2001.

For MBBS/BDS Admission in Private Colleges

Eligibility Criteria for candidates seeking admission to MBBS/BDS courses in private colleges through UGMAC 2020 Counseling process are as follows:

• Nationality: The candidate must be a resident of India.

• The applicants have passed the Class 12th examination under the 10+2 system conducted by the CBSE/ Council of the Indian School Certificate Examination/ State Boards with subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Age Criteria & Relaxations for candidates seeking admission to MBBS/BDS courses in private colleges through UGMAC 2023 Counseling process are as follows:

• An aspirant must be 16 years on the 31 August for admission into Bihar Animal Sciences University (BASU), Patna in the year he/she is going to write the exam.
• There are No maximum age Criteria.

Bihar UGMAC 2023 Merit List

Based on the candidate's score in the NEET-UG 2023 entrance exam, Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board will shortlist them based on the merit list. Out of total seats, qualified candidates can take admission in 85% state quota seats in government medical and dental colleges located in the state. The Bihar UGMAC 2020 Merit List consists of information related to candidates such as their name

Bihar UGMAC 2023 Counselling

• Eligible aspirants have to appear for the Counseling process on the scheduled date along with the replicas of already ‘Online’ filled part-A and filled Part-B of the application form along with the original certificates & other required documents.
• After the verification of certificates/documents/ identity, the course/institution will be allotted merit/rank wise to eligible candidates.

Documents Need to be Submitted while Bihar UGMAC 2023 Counselling

Bihar UGMAC 2023 Counseling Fee

The UGMAC 2023 Counseling fee varies category-wise. The Counseling fee for the different categories is mentioned hereby in the table:

• For Online: If the candidate wants to pay the Counseling fee through Online mode he/she should select the Online option from the payment mode flashing on the computer screen. He/She should pay the fees through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking.
• For Offline: If the candidate wants to pay the Counseling fee through Offline mode he/she should select the Offline option from payment mode flashing on the computer screen. Offline mode of fee payment can be done through the NEFT Challan method.
