BITSAT 2023 Application Form: Registration Started, How to Apply?

BITSAT 2023 registration is now open! Candidates can visit the official website, bitsadmission.com, to start their applications for Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS) Pilani's Aptitude Test. Edit requests will be allowed from April 16-20, 2023, but candidates are advised not to change their E-mail ID and mobile number as those fields cannot be edited.

BITSAT 2023 Application Latest Updates

• BITSAT 2023 application form correction facility has started for the first session and will end on April 20.
• BITSAT 2023 exam will be conducted in two sessions from May 22 to 26 (Session 1) and June 18 to 22 (Session 2).

The Application Form of BITS Admission Test 2023 will start online. Candidates can check all the details given below regarding the BITSAT 2023 registration:

• BITSAT Application Form is available on the official website of BITS, Pilani (bits-pilani.ac.in).
• Candidates will have to choose the exam centre as per their preference within India and Dubai.
• Multiple Application forms will be rejected. Candidates can submit one application form only.
• The candidates must provide the valid Mobile Number and Email id as all the important information related to the application form will be communicated on it.
• Application Form correction facility via online mode will be provided by the authority.
• A hard copy of the application form will be not be accepted by the authority.
• The application fee will not be accepted via Money Order, Cheque, Pay Order, IPO, etc.
• The application form must be complete in all respect otherwise candidate's candidature will be cancelled.

•  Fee can be paid offline by cash payment at all ICICI bank branches in India through a specially generated Pay-in slip and application form along with the payment of fee receipt has to be sent to the address given below:

Documents Required to fill BITSAT 2023 Application Form

Candidates will require various documents and information to fill out the BITSAT 2023 Application form. The required documents are listed below:

• Date of Birth as mentioned in the Birth Certificate.
• Email ID, Phone Number, Current Address.
• Mark sheets of class X and class XII.
• Names of three BITSAT 2023 exam centres.
• Scanned Photograph and  Signature   
• For online mode: Credit/ Debit card or Net banking login details.
• For offline mode: Confirmation receipt of Pay-in slip.

How to Fill the BITSAT 2023 Application Form?

• The candidates must visit the official website of BITS, Pilani to start the online form filling procedure.
• The candidates must register themselves before filling the online application form. 
• To register the candidates have to provide their :
• Name
• Date of birth
• Gender 
• Email ID
• Mobile Number

After completing the registration, the candidates have to fill the application form by entering the following details:

• Personal Details
• Contact information
• Exam centre preference
• 12th Examination Details

After filling all the details mentioned above, click on the "Submit" button. After submitting the details, candidates will receive the Application Number through SMS and Email which is to be used for further login.

Candidates have to submit their scanned photograph and signature to proceed.

• In this step, the candidates have to pay the required amount of BITSAT 2023 application fees.
• Candidates must choose the mode of payment, enter the necessary details, and pay the fee.

After completing all the above steps the candidates must take a print out of the acknowledgement page for future reference.

• For International Candidates: International applicants have to follow the same procedure to get registered.

How to Check the BITSAT 2023 Application Form Payment Status?

After the submission of the application form, the candidates can check their status of payment by following the steps given below.

• Step 1: Go to the official website, bitsadmission.com
• Step 2: Then, click on the link ‘application status’
• Step 3: After clicking on the above-mentioned link, enter the details like application number, date of birth, and gender.
• Step 4: After entering all the details, click on the ‘proceed’ button.
• Step 5: After submitting all the details, the status of your application form appears on your screen.

BITSAT 2023 Application Form Correction

BITSAT 2023 correction window will start once the form submission will be over. Candidates can do their corrections or make changes in the documents submitted during this time. 

• Candidates who have successfully registered and fill the BITSAT 2023 application form along with the fee can avail the facility of correction in the form.
• Correction in BITS Admission Test 2023 application form can be done through online mode only by entering the login details. 
• The candidates do not have to pay any extra amount for the correction. It is free of cost.

BITSAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants seeking to apply can check minimum BITSAT eligibility requirements below in the given points:

• Qualification: Candidates must qualify 12^th or equivalent examination from a recognized board/
• Percentage: A minimum score should be not less than 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/ Biology (PCM or PCB) subject with at least 60% marks in each subject.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam in the year 2023 will also be eligible to apply.
• For B. Pharm: Applying candidates must have a PCB or PCM group with adequate proficiency in English. Candidates with PCM will also be eligible to apply for pharmacy programs.
• Eligibility for courses other than B. Pharm: Candidates must have PCM subjects in qualifying exam from the central or state board or its equivalent.
