CG PPHT 2023 Application Form

• Candidates can go to the official website of CPEB and fill out the application form online.
• Whereas, the candidates need to properly fill out and submit their online application.
• They will also need to submit the application fee while filling out the application form.
• The Application Process will consist of completing the Registration Process, filling in all the required details in the application form, uploading the scanned image of the signature and photograph, and finally paying the application fee.
• Furthermore, applicants are advised to take a printout of the filled application form and the fee receipt for further use in the future.

CG PPHT 2023 Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates should have cleared their 12th standard exams from a recognized Board or University.
• They must have scored at least 45% marks in their 12th in 12th class. While the candidates belonging to SC/ST category must have 40% marks.
• Besides this applicants must have studied English, Chemistry, Physics, and any one of the subjects from Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology in 12th standard.

CG PPHT 2023 Admission Procedure

For seeking admission in the B. Pharmacy, D. Pharmacy, and Bio-Technology, candidates shall participate in the Common Entrance Examination (i.e., PPHT) shall be conducted and/or the result of Common Entrance Examination shall be used to determine merit list. And qualified candidates shall participate in the counselling process for admission in the respective course. Admission shall be done based on obtaining marks in the entrance exam. There may be minimum qualifying marks for reserved category candidates of Chhatisgarh shall be relaxed by 5%. The complete details are given below.

• Merit list shall be prepared category-wise based on marks scored cumulatively in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology in PPHT.
• In the case of candidates scoring the same marks, merit shall be determined on the marks scored in the following order such as (1) Chemistry, (2) Physics, and (3) Higher age candidates shall be given priority in admission.
• If age is also the same then candidates scoring more marks in 12th (out of total marks) shall be given priority in admission.

• Merit list shall be prepared category-wise based on marks scored cumulatively in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology in PPHT/12th.
• In the case of candidates scoring the same marks, merit shall be determined on the marks scored in the following order such as (1) Chemistry, (2) Physics, and (3) Higher age candidates shall be given priority in admission.
• Priority in admission shall be given to PPHT qualified candidates. If the seat remains vacant then admission shall be given based on the merit of 12th (Obtained Marks in PCM/PCB)

CG PPHT 2023 Admission Procedure

Authority will start the CG PPHT 2023 Counseling after the declaration of the result. Candidates may check the counseling details from the information given below

• Only shortlisted candidates will attend the counseling session. 
• However, the counseling session will be conducted after the result will be declared based on the merit list.
• Aspirants will get the seats in the courses they have applied for based on their marks obtained in the entrance exam.
• While going for the Counseling/Interview session the candidates are supposed to carry their original documents with them for verification purposes.
