Chandigarh ITI 2022 Counselling: Documents Required, Merit List

The Directorate of Technical Education at the state level will organise the Chandigarh ITI 2022 Counselling Procedure online for the various trades of ITI. Every year, the DTE holds an admissions process, and the successful individuals are offered positions in a variety of government and non-government institutions. Candidates are chosen based on a merit list, and no separate entrance exam is held for Chandigarh ITI admission. Chandigarh ITI 2022 Merit List
The Merit List will be published on the official website of the Directorate of Technical Education, UT, and Chandigarh, and will include only those applicants who have qualified in the previous qualifying examination.
On the 13th of August 2022, the Chandigarh ITI 2022 Merit List will be announced. If candidates have successfully submitted their Application Form for admission to Chandigarh's ITI's, they can check their name in the Merit List.
Candidates must be present at the concerned ITI on the Counseling date if they wish to be considered for admission to the course.
Chandigarh ITI Counselling
Those candidates whose names appear on the Merit List will be asked for a Counseling session, the location and date of which will be announced on the official website.
Candidates should be requested to provide the appropriate documents to the counselling centre for verification.
Following verification, seats will be assigned by authority based on the candidates' documents, submitted preferences, and seat availability.
Required Document for Verification
Candidates should bring the appropriate documents with them for verification, and the documents will be checked.
- Aadhaar Card is a unique identification card issued by the government of India.
- A voter identification card (optional).
- Mark sheet for the qualifying test (8th or 10th, as applicable).
- Certificate of birth date
- Certificate of Character from the Institute/School/College where you last attended.
- Character certificate from the Municipal Councilor/ Gazetted Officer/ Sarpanch if there is a gap.
- Certificate of Category (if applicable).
- Any other credential that is being used to gain admission weight.
- 2 recent passport-sized photos
