Merit List of CUCET exam is prepared on the basis of candidates aggregate marks (%) in qualifying degree course or board certification and marks obtained by him/her in CUCET entrance exam. Certain weightage is set for both the marks:

• 30% of Qualifying Degree Course or Board Certificate (10, 10+2)
• 70% of CUCET exam score

• If a candidate has 70% marks in class 12, then Aggregate Marks of 10+2 Exam will be 30% of 70 = 21
• If he/she has 70 Marks in CUCET then 70% of 70 = 49
• Net Merit for CUCET Will be (a+b) 21 + 49 = 70

What after CUCET Result 2022?

AFter the declaration of CUCET 2022 result, candidates can opt any of the following options:

• Seats will be allotted to the candidate with respect to their merit in their respective programme and university through CUCET 2022 counselling which will be conducted in both online/ offline mode.
• Once the CUCET result will be declared, the respective Central Universities and the Dr B R Ambedkar School of Economics will release the CUCET 2022 Cutoff, counselling/ admission schedule and merit list on the basis of CUCET 2022 score and other criteria of the participating universities.
• Some universities provide the facilities of online admission counselling, for which candidates have to pay an additional fee.
