Smart Preparation is the key to success

Before you do anything else, you should first and foremost develop a strategy. Time must be viewed as an asset rather than a cost. Make a schedule for your day and assign a value to each subject. Effective time management is critical, and it will mentally prepare you. Make a plan on a piece of paper and tape it to your desk. Never put yourself in a situation where you are burdened tremendously and beyond your capabilities; nonetheless, it is desirable to test your strengths from time to time. After long hours of studying, take a break to renew your thoughts and get a fresh start later.

Have a firm grasp of the fundamentals and theory

The key to success in both tests is having a firm understanding of the fundamentals involved in each chapter. Every topic's essential concepts are the same. Because both tests have the same syllabus, you can quickly understand how a topic works. While JEE has a more advanced application of principles, the theory is still the same. NCERT books might help you bridge the gap between basics and difficult questions.

Make sure you don't miss any. The Syllabus's Subject

While studying for board examinations and JEE, a student does not have the luxury of skipping a single topic. Because appearing for the JEE requires a minimum % in board exams, dropping out of a single topic is not an option. A quick glance at the previous year's question papers for both exams will reveal that all topics are covered, and that thorough preparation is required. Consult an instructor or a friend if you're having trouble with a difficult subject. Both tests have nearly identical syllabuses. Although JEE includes more difficult implementations of topics, the fundamentals remain the same. Candidates must go to the official website to get a hold of the syllabus.

Effective Preparation Requires Thorough Revision

Without revision, no preparation is complete. A retake can make or break your chances of getting a better seat and a higher grade. After you've finished a topic, it's a good idea to go over it again. The revision will help you better assess your abilities and increase your self-assurance. Rank your objectives and devote more time to the chapters with the highest JEE weightage. To acquire a sense of the board tests, it's a good idea to write the theoretical answers when revising.

Learn about the most recent exam pattern

In terms of how they are done, board examinations and JEE are vastly different. It can be difficult to prepare for both tests at the same time. The JEE is a multiple-choice, objective exam, whereas the board exams are subjective. Fill in the gaps by giving each exam a certain amount of weight. For IIT, you should practice applying concepts and answering numerical questions more, while for board examinations, you should be more theory-oriented.

Mock Papers for Practice

Practicing mock tests and prior year papers can help you understand the nature of both exams. Keep an eye on the clock and avoid distractions. To help you prepare better, it is a good idea to practice the previous year's board exam papers. To gain the most benefit, always practice mock papers in a serious manner and treat them as if they were real exams. Examine your performance and then focus on the areas where you need to improve. If you're having trouble with one of the topics, give it extra time and seek help from a teacher if you're still having trouble.
