DNB PDCET Counselling 2023
Following basic instructions should be kept in mind while attending the Counsellling sessions.
- DNB PDCET Counselling 2023 schedule will be released in online mode.
- Candidates are advised to report to the counseling venue at the prescribed time. Candidates reporting after the prescribed time are liable to miss their turn in the Counseling/non-participation.
- NBE shall not be responsible for any delay in arrival due to any reason. No claim in this regard shall be entertained.
- The allotment of seats shall be made to the eligible candidates only through personal appearance and they shall be called in batches in order of their merit position
- Candidate opting a confirmed seat has to pay one-year course fee by way of Demand Draft in favor of “National Board of Examinations” payable at “New Delhi”.
- The counselling fees shall be paid while registering themselves for Counselling.
Documents required at the time of Counselling
At the time of Counselling, candidates have to present the following documents mentioned below for further verification process.
- Candidates opting for reserved seats under any category are required to furnish certificate issued by competent authority in respect of SC/ST
- Marksheets of All the examinations
- Identity proof
- Admit card
Conselling Fee
Candidates are required to pay the counseling fee of Rs. 2500/- at the Time of the online registration process for counseling. Counseling fee shall not be refunded under any circumstances once the candidate has been registered for Counseling.
DNB PDCET Counselling Procedure
- The Eligible Candidate has to create a Password to Login to the Online Counseling System using the link Create/Reset Password available in the Home page.

- Candidates can Login to the Online Counseling System using his/her Roll number of DNB PDCET January 2019 or his/her registered email ID for DNB PDCET January 2019 and password.
- After the successful Login to the system, the candidate has to pay Rs. 2500/- as Counseling fee through an online payment gateway.
- On successful payment of counseling fee, the candidate has to proceed for filling the Counseling Form.
- The candidate has to view and edit the personal details while registering them for online counseling.
- The documents have to be uploaded during this registration process. The eligibility of the candidate for DNB (Post Diploma) January 2019 admission session, in accordance with the Eligibility criteria mentioned in the information bulletin and handbook for counseling, will be determined by the allotted institute by verifying the original documents of the candidate by comparing the scanned copies uploaded through this page.
- The Candidate claiming reservation in SC/ST/OBC has to upload the category certificate during this registration process. The format of the OBC(NCL) certificate (Annexure-D1) is available in Information Bulletin & Handbook for Admission to DNB (Post Diploma) January 2019 Admission Session.
- The PWD candidate has to confirm whether they are willing to be considered in the PWD category or not during the registration process. The relevant certificate is to be uploaded on this page. - The candidates claiming special reservation based on the seat matrix has to specify their category while registering for online counseling. The relevant certificate is to be uploaded on this page.
- During the registration process, the candidate has to select his/her choice of preference. The candidate can fill any number of choices during this process. The candidate has also to arrange the selected choices in the order of preference.
- For filing the choices, the candidate has to select the State, then Hospital and then Add Choice.
- The candidate can move the selected choices up and down using the Mouse by Clicking the Arrow indicated in each choice.
- The selected choice can be removed from the preference list by clicking the Remove button.
- On the Declaration page, the candidate has to accept the declaration by clicking Checkbox ‘I accept the declaration’.
- On the declaration page, the candidate can save the selected choices each time. Candidates can add or remove choices, any number of times till she/he Lock and Confirm or the last date of registration.
- If the candidate does not Lock his/her preferences till the last date of the registration, the system shall lock the preferences on the end of the registration process
DNB PDCET 2023 Seat Allotment
The seat allotment will take place in 3 rounds for the eligible candidates. The registered candidates are allowed to select and arrange the choices of seats in the order of their preference. The candidate can select any number of choices of seats. However, candidates are cautioned not to fill the choices in which they are not interested to join, if they do so and are allotted such seat and do not pays the course fee or do not joins the allotted seat, they will not be eligible for a further round of counseling including final round (in person) counseling. The SC/ST/OBC are required to verify their certificates.
