DTU M.Tech Admission 2023

Delhi Technological University (DTU) offers M.Tech in various specializations for the duration of two years at Post Graduation level.DTU also offers admission Full-Time and Part-Time Sponsored M.Tech course through an entrance test.No additional test or Interview is conducted by the University.

DTU M.Tech 2023 Eligibility

Candidate must have completed BE/ B.Tech or M.Sc in the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks for admission.

DTU BBA, BA & B.Des. Admission 2023

Admission is totally provided based on class 12 marks. DTU also offers B.Des. with maximum seats of 60 students which is offered for four years.

Minimum eligibility for B.Des. the course is that candidates must have cleared class 10+2/ PUC/ Intermediate examination or HSC Vocational examination recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU). Selection is totally based on UCEED score. 

Key Points:

• 85% seats are reserved for candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from the school in Delhi or NCT of Delhi.
• 15% of seats are reserved for candidates belonging to the outside Delhi school.
• 10% of marks are relaxed for SC/ST category candidates and 5% for OBC candidates. 
• 10% relaxation of marks will be provided to PwD candidates and under Defense, category 5% marks are relaxed.
• For B.Des., candidates must have passed Senior Secondary School Exam conducted by National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) with a minimum of five subjects.
• Application form for BA and BBA can be filled online on payment of Rs 1000 as application fee.

Documents required at the time of Admission:

• Copy of Registration Form duly signed by guardian/parent and candidate
• Two passport size photographs
• Marks sheet of qualifying examination i.e. Class XII or equivalent.
• Date of Birth Certificate as indicated in class X
• Reserved category/sub-category Certificate (if applicable)
• Medical fitness certificate (Original Copy)

DTU MBA Admission 2023

The candidates can check MBA admission details below:

• A candidate must have passed bachelor degree with a minimum score of 60% in aggregate or equivalent CGPA. For SC/ST/PWD candidates there will be a 10% marks relaxation.
• Those who are appearing in the final semester can also apply.

DTU 2023 Application Form

Delhi Technological University will release its Application Form on different dates depending on the course an Applicant want to choose. So they are requested to be updated regarding DTU Exam Dates 2023. However, some general details regarding the DTU 2023 Application Form are given below:

• Admission to BA (Hons) Economics and BBA courses offered by DTU is based on the performance in qualifying examination.
• B. Tech (Regular) admission depends on a valid score in Jee Main 2023 followed by Joint Admission Counselling.
• DTU conducts its own entrance test named Common Entrance Examination (CEE) to offer admission in programs such as B.Tech (Evening) & B.Tech (Lateral).
• Admission to B.Des. the course is given on the basis of UCEED Scores.
• For M.Tech course, Candidate must have secured a valid score in GATE.
• MBA admission is totally dependent on a valid score in CAT followed by GD and Interview.
• PhD admission is granted on the basis of Screening Test and Interview conducted by DTU.
• Candidates who have qualified CSIR NET/ UGC NET/ JEF or DBT are exempted from the Screening Test but they have to appear in the interview round.

DTU 2023 B.Tech Application Fee

Candidate have to pay the registration fee of Rs. 1400 for JAC Counselling.

• Online Mode: DTU 2023 Registration Fee can be paid by Online Gateway i.e. Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking.
• Offline Mode: Candidate can pay the JAC Registration fee in offline mode also by the challan Method.

Before applying for the B.Tech Programme in DTU, Candidate has to fill the application form. They may refer to the following points regarding the Application Form:

• DTU B.Tech Application Form is available in online mode at the official website.
• Counselling fee (Rs. 1400) can be paid either by Challan or Net Banking.
• B. Tech (Evening) admission is made under two categories, which are Direct and Sponsored.
• For B.Tech (Evening) program, the Candidate has to fill the application form along with application fee of Rs. 1000 in the form of Demand Draft (DD)  in favour of ‘Registrar, Delhi Technological University’ payable at Delhi should reach to Deputy Coordinator (Admin), DTU.
• 85% seats are fixed for those candidates who have passed their qualifying examination form the school located in Delhi or NCT of Delhi.
• 15% seats are reserved for the applicants belonging to the school located rest of India outside Delhi.
• One seat in every course is reserved for Kashmiri Migrants (KM) and Single Girl Child (SG) who are living in NCT of Delhi.
• One seat is reserved for State/ Central Board Toppers.

DTU 2023 M.Tech Application Fee

After filling the application Form Successfully, Applicants have to pay the DTU Registration Fee for M.Tech Course as per the University Norms which is shown below:

DTU Admission 2023 for PhD.

Candidates who want to take admission in the PhD program are classified under the categories set by DRC/SRC. The university offers full time or part-time courses in various fields of research. The admission is provided on the basis of screening test and interview. Candidates possessing the minimum educational qualifications can apply for screening test & interview by consulting the respective departments of PhD Coordinator nominated by the vice-chancellor. Candidates who have qualified UGC/CSIR/DST/JRF fellowship exams, do not need to appear in the screening test, foreign applicants who apply through MHRD and foreign students under cultural exchange scholarship programme (ICCR). All the candidates who will qualify the screening test are required to come along with a small PowerPoint presentation on the topic of their interest during the interview.
