HP ITI 2022 Counselling: Documents Required, Merit List

Only those who have been shortlisted in the counselling process will be able to enrol in the various courses that are available. The counselling method will be carried out in several rounds, depending on the availability of seats after each round. Candidates will be assigned seats based on their placement in the merit list.

HP ITI 2022 Merit List

The authorities will reveal the merit list a few days after the registration process is completed. Only those who have successfully completed the admissions procedure will be considered for the merit list. The merit list will be available to candidates starting in the third week of July 2022.
The administration will only disclose the Himachal Pradesh ITI Merit list over the internet. Candidates will be able to view the merit list on the authority's website.

Candidates' performance in the required examination will be used to compile the merit list. The names of the shortlisted candidates, as well as their rank in the admission process, will be included on the merit list.

HP ITI 2022 Counselling 

Based on their rank, the competent authorities would send a seat allotment letter to the eligible candidates. Candidates must report to the designated institution or institute on the given time and day with all original documents. Original documentation will be checked to ensure that the candidate is eligible for the course/trade.

Following the allocation of seats, candidates must physically report to the designated centre to complete the remaining admissions processes. For the verification rounds, candidates must also present the following documents:

• 10th Class Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate
• 12th Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate
• Date of Birth Certificate
• Transfer Certificate
• Character certificate
• Domicile Certificate
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Passport size photographs
• Fee receipt and printout of the application form
• Any other document as per the instructions.
