The candidates need to carefully read these important points about HTET Application Form given in this section hereby:

• Submission of Identification Proof & Number is compulsory while applying for HTET entrance examination.
• Candidates must follow the guidelines as given on the official website for submitting an online Application Form for more than one level. 
• Application Process will be conducted online only.
• More than one application for the same level will not be entertained. Besides this, if a candidate submits more than one application their candidature might get cancelled.
• If any information given by the candidates is found to be wrong, it will lead to the cancellation of their candidature. Also, it might lead to the initiation of legal proceedings against them.

HTET 2022 Application Fee

HTET Fee payment can be done online through either of these mentioned modes:

Documents needed for filling HTET 2022 Application Form

Scanned images of the following documents must be kept ready before the applicants start filling the application form

• Candidates' Signature
• Scanned image of Coloured Photograph
• Thumb Impression

The candidates need to upload these mentioned documents according to the guidelines mentioned in this table given below:

• Any document which is found not to be according to the mentioned guidelines will not be considered as valid. 
• Image Dimension of photograph should be 3.5 c.m. (width) x 4.5 c.m. (height) only.
• Furthermore, scanned images of the latest coloured photograph, signature and the thumb impression must be uploaded in JPG format only. No other format will be entertained. 
• Scanned images of the documents mentioned above must be kept ready before the candidate starts filling the form.

How to fill the HTET 2022 Application Form?

The candidates need to fill the HTET Application Form 2022 very carefully. Also, they first need to properly go through the HTET Eligibility Criteria 2022 and then only start filling the application form.  Following are the steps to fill the online application form:

• Go to the official website of HTET http://htetonline.com 
• Start filling the HTET Application Form by filling the details such as Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name and Date of Birth as per Class 10th /secondary certificate. 
• Upload the scanned images of latest photograph, thumb impression and signature. 

• After successfully filling all the required details and submitting the HTET application form fees take out a print-out of the confirmation page for record and keep it carefully for any reference in future.

HTET 2022 Application Form correction 

Applicants need to read this section to know about how to make corrections in online HTET form.

• The candidates will be able to make online- corrections in these following details: name, date of birth, father’s name, mother’s name, Identification Proof & number and Subject chosen (Level 2 & Level 3) up to the First week of December 2022 and no corrections can be made afterwards.
• Details such as level, caste category, Physically challenged option can not be edited.
• No change can be done offline i.e. through application/ fax or email etc. Any requests regarding the same will not be considered.
• Any request for changing the details will not be accepted under any circumstances after the last date for online correction.
