Admission to the IFCAI Business School's (IBS) management programmes is based on the IBSAT admission exam. After the exam, there is a round of group discussion and personal interviews. The application procedure for IBSAT 2022 has been commenced in July 2022, with the exam taking place in last week of December 2022. Candidates are also chosen for admission based on the CAT/ GMAT/ NMAT exam, in addition to the entrance exam. Candidates should check to see if they match the qualifying conditions before applying. IBS Business Schools also admit students to their MBA and PGDM programmes based on a variety of different university/national/state-level management entrance tests, such as the IBSAT/CAT/NMAT by GMAC TM/GMAT/SNAP/XAT/MAT/CMAT/CET (Maharashtra). Eligibility Criteria for IBSAT in 2022
It is mandatory to review and adhere to the IBSAT 2022 eligibility criteria before filling out the IBSAT exam form, so that candidates do not suffer any issues in the subsequent phases of IBSAT 2022 admission. Academics and how much candidates must score in various examinations are among the IBSAT eligibility criteria.
Nationality
Applicants must be Indian citizens to apply for the IBSAT 2022 exam.
Age requirement
Applicants must be over the age of 20 at the time of admission.
IBSAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria (For MBA)
- Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% in English as the medium of instruction.
- Candidates must have completed 15 years of schooling (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) to be eligible.
- Candidates must have completed their education in English. If they do not, they must submit their TOEFL/IELT/IELTS scores.
- Candidates in their final year are also able to apply, but they must complete all of their graduation requirements (such as practical exams, vivas, and assignments) by May 31, 2022.
PhD Eligibility Criteria for IBSAT 2022 (In Management)
- Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50%. (Any stream).
- Candidates must have completed their education in English. If they do not, they must submit their TOEFL/IELT/IELTS scores.
- Candidates must have completed a post-graduate degree in Management/Economics/Commerce/Psychology/Sociology or a related discipline from a UGC accredited Indian university with a minimum of 55 percent.
- A minimum of 55% in a professional qualification such as CFA/CA/CS/CWA.
For the Economics PhD programme (full-time)
- A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50 percent in aggregate and a postgraduate degree in Economics or a related area with a grade point average of 55 percent or higher is required.
- On a 10+2+3+2 or 10+2+4+2 basis, all applicants must have completed a minimum of 17 years of normal schooling.
- Candidates who do not meet the English medium eligibility criterion for graduation and/or postgraduation must submit a TOEFL/ NELT/ IELTS score.
- IBS alumni, MPhil degree holders, and UGC Net certified candidates are not required to take the IBSAT.
