• The ICMAI has revised the CMA Foundation, Intermediate, and Final 2023 exam dates.
• Candidates can check the complete schedule online on the official website, icmai.in.
• The CMA Foundation June 2023 exam will be conducted offline on July 16, according to the rescheduled dates.
• The CMA Inter and Final 2023 exams will be conducted from July 15 to July 22, 2023.
• Paper 1 and Paper 2 of the Foundation exam will be for a duration of two hours from 10 AM to 12 noon, while Paper 3 and Paper 4 will be held from 2 PM to 4 PM.
• Each paper will carry 100 marks and there will be 50 multiple-choice questions carrying two 2 marks each.
• The CMA Final and Inter exam 2023 is for a duration of three hours.
• The Final exam is from 10 AM to 1 PM and the Intermediate exam is from 2 PM to 5 PM.
• The probable date of publication of Inter and Final result is September 26, 2023.
• Candidates can submit the Foundation examination application form till May 16.
• However, the last date to apply for the Final and Inter exam is May 15, 2023.

ICMAI CMA Foundation 2023 Results

A list of successful candidates in the CMA Foundation examination will be published by the ICMAI Council in the result declaration. Candidates should refer to the points given below for details related to result announcement by ICMAI:

• Marksheet for Foundation Examination has to be downloaded from the website only. No hard copy of the mark sheet will be sent for Foundation Examination.
• The downloaded mark sheet will be treated as an authentic document for admission in the Intermediate Course of the Institute.
• A duplicate mark sheet of an examination held within 5 (five) years will be available on payment of fees of Rs. 100/-.
• A Pass Certificate / Rank Certificate will not be given to candidates who pass the Foundation examination.
  Only candidates passing Intermediate will be issued with Pass Certificate. However, Candidates passing the Final Examination will be issued with Pass Certificate in such manner as the Council may direct.
• In case the result of a candidate in an examination has been affected by error or fraud or using unfair means during the examination, the Examination Committee shall have the power to amend the result suitably.

ICMAI CMA Foundation 2023 Application Form

• Application forms will be available through online mode only. No application would be entertained in offline mode.
• Candidates opting for overseas centres have to apply offline and send Demand Draft (DD) along with the form. 
• Candidates must pay the fees after filling application for the completion of the application process.
• CMA Foundation registration for June 2023 term examination, candidates need to visit the ICMAI official site.
• After selecting the 'Foundation' option, the candidate needs to select the coaching type - Oral or Postal.
• In the next screen, the applicant needs to fill in and complete the following sections of the online application form:

  3. Qualification details
  4. Payment
  5. Uploading attachment
• Once the candidate has successfully uploaded all the above scanned documents & make payment online, he/she will receive a welcome message.
• Identification/ Registration Number will be generated only after the completion of document verification and authentication from the Directorate of studies.
• Study Material will only be dispatched after the generation of Identification/ Registration Number.
• Candidates need to complete the application form comprising every step within 30 days from the date of the original application.
• The life of an incomplete application would be a maximum of 30 days(T+30) and after 30 days, the application will be physically deleted from the database.

ICMAI CMA Foundation 2023 Course Eligibility

Candidate must check the CMA Foundation 2023 Course eligibility before applying for the exam which is given below:

• Candidates must have passed the Class 10th or equivalent from a recognised board or institution, or
• Passed the Senior Secondary School Examination under the 10+2 scheme of a recognised Board, or
• Passed an examination recognised by the Central Government as equivalent thereto, or
• Candidate must have as passed the National Diploma in Commerce Examination held by the All India Council for Technical Education, or
• Passed any State Board of Technical Education under the authority of the said All India Council, or
• Passed Diploma in Rural Service Examination conducted by the National Council of Rural Higher Education.
• Candidates who have passed the Foundation test carried out by the Indian Institute of Company Secretaries 
  would be exempted from the Foundation Course and vice versa, or exempted from the Foundation Course. 
• Those applicants who have passed the Intermediate Examination (by whatever name called) conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India will be exempted from Foundation Course are also eligible for the post. Similarly, any applicant who has passed the Intermediate Examination will be exempted from the Traditional Proficiency Test conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (i.e. the entry-level examination, by whatever name).
• The Foundation Course exempts applicants whohave passed the qualifying test for direct entry to the Intermediate Course.
• Admission to the course must be done 4 months before the commencement of the examination.
• Course Scheme for Foundation Course - A student taking admission in Foundation Course has to undergo coaching - Oral or Postal.
• Students under Postal or Oral Coaching will be provided with study material of the institute.
• A student will be presented with a Coaching Completion Certificate on successful completion of Postal/aural Coaching.

ICMAI CMA Foundation 2023 Examination Eligibility

• He/she should have a valid Identification Number.
• The candidate is not debarred from appearing in the Foundation Course examination of this Institute.
• The candidate has submitted the Examination form duly filled in within the specified time. The form needs to be submitted along with the requisite fees as fixed by the Council from time to time to the Directorate of Examination.
