ICMR JRF 2022 Merit list

The result of ICMR JRF will be released in the form of merit lists. Those candidates who have filled their Application form and have appeared for ICMR JRF 2022 exam will be able to check the merit list at the official website. ICMR prepares two separate merit lists. The first one of these merit lists will give details of candidates who have qualified for Life Sciences and second one of the merit list will give details of those candidates who have qualified in Social Science. The selected candidates will be eligible to pursue Ph.D. in Biomedical or Health Research course in any UGC or MCI recognized medical university or college in the whole India.

Minimum Marks for Qualifying ICMR JRF 2022

The minimum marks for Qualifying ICMR JRF 2022 exam as per Caste is mentioned below.

• Candidates with General Category : 55%
• Other Backward Classes - OBC : 55%
• SC or ST: 50%
• Persons with Dis-ability - PwD: 50%

About ICMR JRF 2022

ICMR in collaboration with the PGIMER - Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research conducts a national level test for the award of ICMR JRF ( Junior Research Fellowship ). The test is an eligibility test that will be held on 4 December 2022 at different centres across the whole country. Candidates who have M.Sc/ MA/ an equivalent degree passed or in the final year can apply online on the official website. Applicants have to download and take the print outs of the admit cards for appearing for the test, which consists of compulsory Aptitude Section and subject-specific questions on life sciences and social sciences. Based on ICMR JRF 2022 result, the fellowships will be awarded, subjected to the verification of original documents. 

ICMR JRF 2022 Counselling

ICMR JRF 2022 counselling date will be announced soon on the official website. The counselling will be conducted after the announcement of the result. Based on past dates, ICMR JRF 2022 counselling will be done in the third or fourth week of january.

About ICMR JRF 2022

ICMR in collaboration with PGIMER (Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research) conducts a national level test for the award of ICMR JRF (Junior Research Fellowship). The test is an eligibility test which is to be conducted on 4 December 2022 this year at various centres across the country. Canddiates with M.Sc/ MA/ an equivalent degree passed/ final year appearing students can apply online through the official website of conducting body i.e. icmr.nic.in or pgimer.edu.in. Candidates must have their admit cards/hall ticket for appearing in the test. The entrance test consist of Aptitude Test and subject specific questions on life sciences / social sciences. On the basis of the ICMR JRF 2022 result, the fellowships are awarded, after verifing the original documents of shortlisted candidates.
