ICSI 2023 Exam dates has been released for CS June exam 2023. Registration for ICSI 2023 exams to become Company Secretariat are online. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) accepts all registration online through their website. Candidates have to register for CS executive Entrance Test (CSEET) to start with. The CSEET qualified candidates can then register for the CS Executive program. Finally, the CS Executive qualified candidate can register for CS Professional. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced that the registration process for CS June 2023 examination will begin on February 16, 2023. The registration can be done online through the official website of ICSI. The deadline for registering for the CS June 2023 examination is March 31, 2023, and students are advised to complete the registration process before the deadline to avoid any last-minute rush. The ICSI CS examination is conducted twice a year, in June and December, and the June 2023 examination will be held from June 1 to June 10, 2023. Students who wish to appear for the examination must fulfill the eligibility criteria and submit the necessary documents during the registration process. The ICSI CS examination is a professional-level examination that evaluates a candidate's understanding of company law, corporate governance, and related subjects.
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has allowed students to enroll for ICSI CS exams in December 2023 with a late fee. You can still apply until tomorrow, which is October 19th.

ICSI 2023 Registration for CSEET
To register for CSEET 2023 the candidates need the below given documents:
- Photograph of the applicant
- Signature of the applicant
- DOB Certificate (10th pass certificate)
- Admit Card/ Hall Ticket for 10+2 Examinations (if appearing)

- Fill all the basic details asked.
- Check the registration fee.
- Upload Mandatory Documents.
- Preview the application form, and if all details are correct “confirm” the submission.
- Pay the application fee by selecting the mode of payment.
- Note the auto generated transaction ID.
On Successful Payment, you are registered for CSEET and same is intimated through email/SMS on registered email id/mobile number. You can appear for the CSEET as per the schedule sent through email/SMS.

To register for CS Executive 2023 the candidates need the below given documents:

How to apply for CS Executive 2023?

- In order to Register for “CS Executive”, access the direct link above.
- Enter your CSEET unique ID number and CEET Roll number
- Fill all the basic details asked.
- Note Request Id and Transaction Id for future reference
- Fill your Parents details and your qualification Details
- Fill source of Information, opt for the classroom teaching centres ( Yes/No).
- Upload the documents.
- Confirm the submission of the application form.
- Select the mode of payment and pay the application fee.
- Note the auto generated transaction ID and executive registration number.
On Successful payment, you are registered for CS Executive, and the same is intimated through email/SMS on registered email id/mobile number.
ICSI 2023 Registration for CS Professional
Here is how to register for the CS professional course after qualifying the CS Executive exam:
- Use the executive registration number and password to login in the SMASH portal.
- Click on Module => Student Services=> Professional Registration Request.
- Students can view syllabus in which he/she is getting enrolled by clicking on view syllabus link
- Students will have to select optional subject (mandatory).
- Students can also opt for CSJ subscription by clicking on check box against CSJ label.
- Now click on “Proceed to payment”.
- On Successful payment receipt will get generated (otherwise the payment is not successful).
- You are Successfully admitted to the Professional Programme. Download your Professional Registration Letter and Identity card.
ICSI 2023 Registration Eligibility
To be able to reegister for each level of the ICSI CS 2023 programme, candidates have to satisfy some of the eligibility conditions. Here are they:
CSEET 2023 Eligibility:
- Candidates must be 10+2 passed / appearing or must have a qualification equivalent to 10+2.
- All Graduates/ Post Graduates are also eligible.
Exemption 1: Students who have passed the final examination of ICAI and/or ICMAI do not have to appear for CSEET. Such students have to pay an exemption fee at the time of registration form the CS Executive Programme 2023.
Exemption 2: Students who have passed the CS Foundation programme are exempted from CSEET and they have to pay no exemption fee.
CS Executive Programme 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have qualified CSEET 2023.
- Students registered under Syllabus 2017 (including those switched over to Syllabus 2017 from earlier syllabus) and onwards shall be required to successfully complete the Pre-Examination Test before seeking enrollment to Executive and Professional Programme Examinations.
CS Professional Programme 2023 Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have qualified CS Executive 2023.
- Students registered under Syllabus 2017 (including those switched over to Syllabus 2017 from earlier syllabus) and onwards shall be required to successfully complete the Pre-Examination Test before seeking enrollment to Executive and Professional Programme Examinations.
