IGNOU OPENMAT 2022 Syllabus: Subjects, Important Books, Sample Papers

IGNOU OPENMAT 2022 Syllabus is set by the Indira Gandhi National Open University. The candidate must be aware of the syllabus and topics to prepare for OPENMAT. The scores of qualified candidates are valid for a year e.g. if a candidate appears in the January session and qualifies then he/she would be eligible to take admission in the coming July and in January next year, same is for the July session, if they qualify the exam then it would be valid for the following January next year and July after that. IGNOU OPENMAT 2022 Exam Pattern
The candidate must be aware of the IGNOU OPENMAT 2022 exam pattern. There will be a total of 200 Multiple Choice Questions(MCQ) which candidates will have to complete in 3 hours. Given below the section-wise distribution of marks:

For General Awareness
- Make a habit to read the daily newspaper. It gives lots of information about various things like Politics, Science, Sports, Bureaucracy, Governments, National and International Events etc.

For Quantitative Aptitude
- The math textbooks for classes 8 to 10 published by NCERT will be a very good option for brushing up on everything learned at school.
